Style matches my other sink hardware exactly, works perfectly. Replaced another brand/model that lasted 15 years: am hoping this model can meet or exceed that lifespan!

AN EXCELLENT INSTANT HOT WATER MACHING

We purchased this model to replace a previous model that stopped working. This is the third one we purchased in seven years. The first lasted four years and the second only three. We are hoping this model will last longer.The two previous models had a copper thank which corroded. This model is all stainless steel.We have had this model for five months.The hot water comes out instantly and so far so good.

My third unit in 7 years

The tank was replaced 2 times, the faucet started leaking caused the third tank to short, had to replace the whole unit, all in all a very inferior product. My old insinkerator installed in 1987, lasted me for 25 years, it was still working when I changed it, when I remodeled the kitchen.

FAST and EASY TO USE

FIRST ONE I'VE HAD AND LOVE IT. STILL OCCASIONALLY MAKE A POT OF TEA, BUT THIS IS GREAT OPTION.

Replacement hot water dispenser/boiler performs well but does not swivel

I am happy with this product and love the convenience of having a hot water boiler/dispenser in my sink. This is a replacement product with a lower arch and shorter neck. It also lacks the swivel feature of my previous one.

We're sold on these systems

This is our third Insinkerator, and we've bought two systems for our children as well. Once you have one, you never want to be without one.

Great Appliance

This has been a great addition to our kitchen. The kettle is gone and instant hot water is there. Highly recommended.

Love my Insinkerator!!!

This was my 2nd one in 2 different places. I did a kitchen Reno and HAD to have this! I use it everyday w/making my tea.

A must have

We are repeat customers and users of the product. We had one in our previous home I NY and was a must have in our new home in Florida.

The greatest invention!!

I love having hot water whenever I want it for soup, tea, sterilizing utensils, etc.

It's great!

I bought this after our other one started rusting out at the bottom and leaking water. It had a dial on the top that you had to turn to dispense the water. This is so much better and easer than the previous one. Plastic at the bottom so it wont rust our. Water disperses much faster and so much easier with the handle. I use it everyday and love it!

Works great!!

Our old 100 series went out after 5 years. This one is a lot quieter than the old model. We will see how many years this one lasts!!

Amazing how the Instahot has change over the years

We’ve enjoyed having both insinkerator hot water dispensers and disposals in our homes for 38 years, with only one failure on a hot water dispenser after 10 plus years on use, pretty good product life. Never had to use customer service. American Made in Racine WI. Jim

Seems to work great

I love being able to have instant hot water. I use a tankless water heater, and waste a couple of gallons waiting for it to get hot. With instant hot, I can make tea rinse a quick dish, warm a mug or thermo cup instantly, no waste. Have only had a month so time will tell on the durability side. But seems well built. I had it installed by my builder, so don't know how hard it was to put in, but it looks straight forward.
