A must for every kitchen!

I love this product. I am a daily tea drinker and this Instant Hot/Cold Water Dispenser is perfect for me. No need to boil water on the stove. And perfect for cooking and baking when a small amount of boiled or cold water is needed.

I have a garbage disposal. I love it. So happy to have it.

The garbage disposal had a sink stopper. Couldn't find one in the stores for the old one. It disposes really fast. It disposes each time I use the switch. The old one was rusty and wouldn't turn on. It hummed and didn't do anything. This one doesn't leak on sink floor when I use it.

Great Product!

This is a great product! we are very happy with it. The water only takes a second to get steaming hot. Great for making a cup of tea, which is what we use it for the most. The installation was pretty straight forward

Works well, handle sticks

Gives me consistent, on demand hot water everytime however, the cold handle sticks open on occasion.

The quality that I expected

This is the second unit that I have installed and it is in our weekend house. We got so used to having the one at home that we had to have one here as well. I would suggest making a jig to drill through the countertop so that it has the proper distance from the backsplash. All that I did was to drill a 1.5 in hole in a piece of 3/4 stock with a spade bit and then that provided a plumb guide at the right distance from the backsplash for the diamond bit/hole saw to do its work. Good product.

It works fine, and ie relatively easy to install (you need an “always on” power receptical). Plan your installation as the water connections are relatively short.

Very dependable and attractive. Fits very well with my brushed finished hardware

Overall I like performance an;d appearance. More noisy when heating than my previous Instahot.

Works Great - Until It Doesn't!

The unit works well for a while, but there is apparently a spring in the handle that wears out, or a valve that goes bad, so it won't shut off completely. Unfortunately, the design does not allow those parts to be replaced, so the whole unit must be removed and a new one installed. Mine was still under warranty, so cost was not an issue, but it's not an easy install at all (and I'm definitely not a novice!) But if you over-tighten the nut under the sink, the handle won't shut off completely,...

Researched this product and finally purchased. Very happy with the overall look and the performance. I enjoy having hot water at my fingertips.

This product is wonderful

This purchase was to replace our existing 10+ year old model. We love this hot water dispenser & enjoy it every single day. We've been terribly spoiled by this small luxury and miss it whenever we are in a kitchen away from home.

good product

great product as long as it doesn't require replacing in a few years. One of the rings supplied for mounting required the hole to be drilled out larger, which was difficult to do.

Instant Hot Water

We had this professional installed. Everything installed with ease. there was one problem. the copper line for the unit is about 6 -8 inches to SHORT. plumber had to add extension of copper line. was not a big deal but the line should be LONGER. Other wise the unit works as it should. Will see about the durability. At is time only be installed for 6 weeks.

It works very well

I have had an Insinkerator hot water dispenser for many years—this being my 4th one. Obviously I am pleased or wouldn’t continue to buy another one, I just did a kitchen renovation so this was an included item. It works very well and, compared to the last one, runs less time to heat the water and is much quieter. I couldn’t live without one!

More than pleased

We have been more than pleased with this product as it was a replacement for the Insinkerator we had for more than twenty years!

If you want hot water instantly, this instant hot water dispenser does the job.

This InSinkErator replaces an earlier model that began to sputter and eventually leak. This new instant hot dispenser seems to work well and produces hot water instantly, as it should. I’ve only had it for about six weeks so it is too early to give it rave reviews. I can’t comment on the ease of installation since I had a plumber install it.

Works well so far. Makes less noise that the previous model

We replaced a Hot1 that had died. The main issue is that it requires a bigger hole for the faucet. I had to spend about a half hour with a drill and a grinding stone enlarging the hole in a granite counter top. Otherwise, the installation was fairly smooth. The faucet quality is much better, and the valve is regulating cold water into the tank rather than hot water out. This should make it last a lot longer. Attractive design. Handle much easier to use vs. the twist-type on our previous unit. Heats the water quickly. Very easy to install and connect

This is the 3rd Insinkerator hot water maker we have had in about 40 years. This is the best one so far. Very attractive design with an easy to use handle vs. the old twist type knob. Heats the water very fast. The installation has been made very easy with the sna-on connectors. We are very pleased with this unit.

Great for instant hot water

Relatively easy to install... had one for years and just replaced it because the unit started leaking... use it all the time
