Would Recommendmy wife loves it -- since CaliforniA is in drought mode, this product eliminates the wasting of arounfd 30 t0 40 gallons of water a day while she would normally wait for the water to get hot enough for her application.

Can't live witout it!

Unit failed after one day.
Would RecommendI ordred the Insinkerator dispenser as a replacement for an older unit that had failed. After I installed it, it worked for only one day. All that came out was cold water. I called Insinkerator and described the problem. Insinkerator agreed to send me a new unit at no additional cost. I installed the new unit and it is working fine.

Would RecommendSo we recently downsized and missed the instant hot faucets at our old house. I called my plumber and he came and installed the InSinkErator in the new condominium. While it's still BRAND new, it works GREAT! It looks terrific and we recommend it.

Easy installation.
Would RecommendThis was a replacement water tank for a unit that was over 9 years old. New unit fit in exact spot where the old unit was installed. Only tool needed for the installation was a screwdriver. Works great.

Would RecommendWe have had two Kitchen Aid instant hot water heaters before our current Insinkerator. Both lasted quite a few years before burning out. We got addicted to the convenience of making filter or press coffee without having to heat water to the proper sub-boiling temperature on the stove. OK PRODUCT
Would RecommendThis is the second one I have owned. Drain on the bottom of the original unit failed at 7 yrs. This one uses a button to dispense hot water where the old one used a lever. The button on the new one sticks when pushed and it continue to flow hot water until you give it a tap. Button in my opinion is NOT an improvement over the old lever!
