last one lasted less than 3 years-thermostat failed. Hope this one lasts longer

Works great

We purchased this to replace an old Insinkerator hot spot dispenser. I had my doubts since I wasn't familiar with the newer models. Installation was easy as the instructions were well written and clear. The unit works well. It provides a better flow than the old dispenser. I'd recommend this dispenser to anyone wanting one.

A Bit Noisy

The unit works fine it just seems to run a lot and it is pretty loud while heating. Much louder than our last InSinkErator.

Excellent product for the whole family

I’ve had one in my previous two homes and my wife can’t live without it. Once you get used to having instant coco or hot tea several times a day, you can’t live without it. I use it to clean hard to remove stuck-on food from dishes and pans. If you're somewhat handy and can get though cutting a hole in your countertop, the rest is basic plumbing. Excellent dispenser for the whole family.

Easy install

The instant heater purchased as a replacement is much nicer than the original and works flawlessly. Love it!

A great product that replaced a 25+ year old InSinkErator that died!

Super product for instant hot water for all kinds of uses. We could not live without yourInSinkErator !

Does the job.....instant (very) hot water!

This is a replacement for my original instant hot, it think something -90. Anyway it is great in every way except it doesn't extend as far as my other insink unit. So I find that I get much over spill on my sink counter when I use it for a "million" uses. Nothing drastic but worth mentioning.

The product works well.

The water being dispensed from our old product was hissing, spitting, boiling. :With your product, the water dispensed is the perfect temperature. I like that I can turn the handle either way to dispense. Your unit is very attractive on my sink.

Replacing a tank

I only had to install the tank, as the rest of the original unit worked fine. The original tank had developed a leak. Replacing a tank is simply a matter of switching the tubing and plugging in the unit. Took all of 2 minutes at the most.

Love this - looks great and instant hot is amazing

The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is that it needed to be at the highest level in order to get to the right temp for my tea. Thankfully that level is hot enough. It's a really nice looking faucet too - works great with my other faucet - very happy and recommend!

We have had 3 different hot water dispensers before, love the look of tihis one.

The only problem we have with this product is that the faucet could be higher so that a taller cup could fit under it. We make our morning coffee with a coffee grounds holder which sits on the cup, and it cannot fit underneath, as you can only fill it half way because of the angle you have to hold it to fit underneath the faucet. That aside, we are very happy with our new hot water dispenser.Lois

I can't imagine ever being without a hot water dispenser! it's indispensable as far as I'm concerned!

Great product

I have two units in my home for almost 30 years. They work great and I have had to replace them only twice in all that time. One time a new replacement unit was sent to me at no charge. I can't think of being without them.

Awesome product!

This instant hot is one of my favorite features in my new kitchen!

The product looks great and works just as well.

My son in law installed it and I am more than pleased with the product and its performance. I love having hot water at my fingertips again. My only complaint is that I did not pay attention to my current faucet and ordered a shiny chrome instead of brushed chrome. Oh well, I will correct that when I have to replace one or the other next.

Works good

New unit works good. Just replaced our third one. The old copper tanks didn't last more than 3 years. Then the plastic tanks only lasted 2-3 years. Our last had the stainless tank and that lasted 5 years before leaking. This one also has the stainless tank, hope it last longer than 5 years before leaking. Otherwise, the idea of quick ready hot water is great, just need to refine the unit so it doesn't leak with time. Leaking is a terrible thing as it happens under your sink area inside the cupbo...

Hot water instantly!

This is so much better than waiting running and wasting water waiting for it to get hot. I use it for making bread, dissolving bullion, making tea and so on. So handy. The tap is sleek looking and not huge so it takes up valuable space. Easy to use with one hand and the plug in below the sink is small enough to go on the wall and not take up floor space.

Great heater.

Great for when you just need a mug of hot water. Definitely need 2 people for installation, other than that the installation is fairly simple. Box should definitely state you need to purchase a water line t fitting and valve separately. It's a nuisance making a second trip to the hardware store.

insinkerator

This was a replacement for one that lasted 5 years. It works very well to give you instant hot water. After about 4 years I had a problem with it spitting the water.I removed the nozzle and flushed it out with my waterpik and it worked fine again.
