Overall Im pleased with this product.
Terrible
Already on my second unit. The first failed within the warranty. The second unit just quit again. Did not last 4 months since receiving. The unit operates in probably the best environment possible and still fails. Just garbage. What a shame.

good workhorse dehumidifier
Would RecommendBought one in June of 2020 for our basement, hooked up the pump to the provided hose, all worked well until we got E9 error. Did a great job in basement while it worked. Product support asked for pictures, purchase receipt, and for me to cut the cord. They sent a whole new (refurbished) replacement unit. Great support. Be sure to save your receipt! Back up and running.
