We bought this desperately needing one and ran it all night to find a huge puddle of water around this machine and I’m talking like 6 ft in diameter. Come to find out the water coercing bucket was cracked. Very frustrating spending 500 and something on this and it’s cracked plus added more work for us with all the water collected. I guess on a positive note it does draw in the water.

Good Product BUT!

Fan runs almost all the time, it doesn't shut off once humidity level is reached.

On my 3rd one

Pump not working

I bought this model to replace a commercial unit in my basement and thought that the pump would be a good feature. However after using it a few weeks I noticed puddles of water aroiund the base. Apparently the pump was not working, and that was verified by a HVAC technician who came for another purpose. He said this was a common complaint for this brand, and advised me to return it, but I did not purchase the warranty.

A bad start, second time is a charm

Attempted to set up, but immediately got a E9 error code. I spent 1/2 hr talking it through with tech support. They determined it was no good and needed to be exchanged. They told me to send a copy of the receipt with the serial number and they would authorize an exchange. Nice idea but not good

I bought this unit on Saturday with the idea that an inverter based compressor should be a great thing given mini split systems that use the same technology. One thing I thought was odd is this was the only dehumidifier on the market to offer such a feature. Apparently for good reason. Have lost track of how many replacements

Now on the 4th or 5th unit in 3 years. All have failed from freon leak. First 3 were original purchase and warranty replacements within 2 year warranty period. Fourth was replacement by extended warranty and now that has failed (within 6 months) and has been replaced under new warranty. Warranty service excellent, product is crap. died before 2 weeks

Bought to control moisture in my wifes workshop. After 9 days it began severely leaking. Being returned this morning.

$500 unit died after 1 year!

The pump stopped working after only one year and it started leaking water on the floor! Now i had to throw it out! I would NOT recommend...

Had a lot of moisture in our basement and within 24 hours you could feel the difference in the air.

Works better than my old one. Use it in cellar..the old one was not big enough for the whole cellar.

New Dehumidifier

Working well Pump is a great option for us don’t need to worry about emptying a bucket.

Only thing I wished is that I could run a longer hose on this unit. 15 feet helps but where I need it means I have to have it drain into a 40 gallon barrel and empty it once a day. It

Great dehumidifier!

Great features and good long term solution

Two great features about this dehumidifier are the 3 speeds and the built in pump. We have the dehumidifier set up in a corner near the bathroom and the pump drains the water into the sink. Not having to empty buckets is a game changer. I'm happy so far!
