Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hisense 3-Speed Dehumidifier does a great job. It is super quiet and also a good size, so doesn’t take up a ton of space. it is very user friendly and easy to use. The auto shut off kicks in when it’s full so you don’t have to worry about it dumping water on the floor. It’s easy to move around with the wheels and easy to empty without spilling the water.

Working very well

Haven’t seen the pump feature work yet but I do know it is working. it is only June now here in Pennsylvania so the weather has not been to too humid. Working well so far.

Worked long enough to be out of warranty

Bought this in the spring of 2016, worked great that year. Did a good job in 2017 & 2018 during the summer months. Pulled it out this year and it just blows air. Its either the compressor is shot or the coolent has leaked out. Called Hisense and was told they were sorry their product has failed but there is nothing they can do and then hung up. This is the second dehumidifyer I have owned from this company and it is my last. Buyer beware.

Does a great job

This product is fairly heavy, so it is a little difficult for my wife to move it up and down the stairs if I am not home. It is slightly louder than I had hoped, but all in all it gets the job done, and done well. We really do enjoy having this product in our home and it has been wonderful so far.

Best dehumidifier I’ve owned

I used to use 2 smaller ones but with the large size on this it takes care of all the moisture on its own. The varying speeds are good for the different seasons when you might have different needs.

This one has that feature! On low speed, which is where I have it set, it isn't very loud like my older one. This is a larger piece as it has a large capacity to take the water out of the air. Quick and Efficient!

It's been raining quite a lot so the house gets really humid; the doors also get sticky and become harder to open. But when I ran this machine in my living room, the air got so much better in only about 10 minutes! No problems opening or closing the front door either.

2.5 Year Life

I bought unit in July of 2016. Unit has worked well until now. I have severe icing past the filter. Checked with the manufacturer and they don’t have any service agreements with anyone and can’t recommend anywhere to get service. Did all their troubleshooting and finally gave up and purchased a different manufacturer this year.
