False Advertisement

Doesn’t taste like it used to. Don’t waste your money!!! False advertisement for sure!!!!! Cake crumbs taste and feel like cardboard

Absolutely Horrible

Absolutely horrible. No strawberry crunch or vanilla ice cream. They must have changed the receipt because the flavor was off putting and the texture was similar to a popsicle rather than ice cream.

Junk

This is not the same recipe as it use to be! Hardly any crunchy coating, small, and taste like coconut. The Blue Bunny brand and Kroger brand are the nostalgic taste I remember.

Coconut for the loss...

This was one of my favorites growing up. For some reason they started adding coconut to th he coating. It's ruined!

Seriously? No vanilla ice cream?

Rating it a 1 because there is no '0' option. We bought 2 boxes and thought there must have been a mistake with the bar...no vanilla ice cream. So, we went back to the store and bought another box several days later. Same thing! No vanilla ice cream. These are terrible. Must find a different brand. I'm afraid to buy the creamsicle.

Delicious frozen ice cream

There was a freezer with these ice creams inside Lowe’s and they were delicious and a great value! I would definitely buy these again. If you love strawberry these are definitely for you

Times are changing, these aren’t changing better

Wow, these things are bad compared to how they used to be. The center was supposed to be strawberry ice cream flavor, but it was more like ice with very very minimal strawberry flavor and there was absolutely no vanilla coating on the outside and I could not believe how small they were in comparison to what they used to be.

Disappointed

Disappointed no cream it is like eating a popsicle pressed with cookie crumbs. When did it change? Very sad , way to ruin an iconic ice cream. Did you change the other bars ?

Nothing like the picture

It looks nothing like the picture. There’s absolutely no ice cream in the whole top majority of it. It’s like a strawberry popsicle. Not at all what they used to be

Imposter bars!

If I didn't grow up on these and it was the first time eating them i would give them 3/5. However- I did and this new imposter gets 1/5! Way ti ruin my childhood bar GoodHumor.

These are not what they used to be change it back to original recipe! This is gross.

New Recipe is Horrible!

I cannot believe these bats came out of the box that I just purchased. It looks. Irving like the picture and description. It has no crumb coating at all on the outside nor any vanilla ice-cream inside. The entire bar is an artificial strawberry fake sherbet. It’s so bad that it cannot even pass as being a sherbet. So disappointing. Will not buy again

Love strawberry short cake ice cream

I absolutely love these strawberry treats. I grew up loving these and my kids love them also. So creamy and tasty hard to just have one serving I could eat the whole thing.

Nothing like they used to be

Fix them! The crusty coating is weak now and there’s no creamy layer. Just all strawberry!!!!

Back to the original recipe

Probably be the last time buying these. Strong coconut taste which I like coconut but not in this and if coconut was in the original recipe you can never tell. Barely any cake coating and the inside all pink. Why change something that’s not broken. I know they changed it since now but nothing like this. This sucks.

No vanilla ice cream and very little shortcake .

I absolutely love the strawberry short cake one mainly because they're absolutely delicious. But lately I have received boxes with bear ice creams ..the small pieces of cake is missing and there's no vanilla ice cream!! They're usually 100% satisfied..Maybe we can make them and sale them with extra shortcake pieces. I WOULD buy that everyday. I will still be I buying just hope the toppings machine gets fixed soon1😉thank gou

New strawberry shortcake bars are horrible.

New recipe is horrible. Doesn't have any vanilla ice cream in it anywhere. It had the consistency of a popsicle and had hardly any of the red and white colored crumbs on the outside. I do not recommend to anyone and will not buy them again.

LOST CUSTOMER - NOTHING LIKE BACK IN THE DAYS

I purchased 3 boxes and I was excited to get home and share with my daughters. I remembered these from when I was younger and wanted them to taste and enjoy as I once did. I tasted 1 and was immediately disappointed with the size and chemical taste of this ice cream bar. Nothing like I remembered. GOOD HUMOR YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Very Disappointing 😞

This is definitely false advertising. The ice cream bars look nothing like pictured. I purchased them for the coating. I can buy a half gallon of strawberry swirled vanilla ice cream for the same price if I only wanted ice cream.

The changes they made are Disappointing

These used to be my favorite ice cream bars but everything about them has changed. First the ice cream color is a bright unnatural red. It used to be a pale pink color with red in the middle. It tastes sour now and has no strawberry or vanilla taste. The outside coating is no longer completely covered and is severely lacking in the cake or shortbread taste. It doesn't actually have much flavor. It makes me so sad. I won't be buying these anymore. It does not taste good. Bring back the original b...
