They suck so hard now.

There’s not much point in cutting cost with your new recipe, when it makes it disgusting so no one will ever buy your ice cream again. Sucks, they were my favorite. I knew I wasn’t crazy when it tasted watered down, it’s like a strawberry bar, the ‘cream’ has no flavor at all.

I found no humor in this purchase!

I purchased a multipack of the Strawberry Shortcake bars. I imagined they would taste the same as they had not only when I was a child but when my daughters were children, but alas they did not. The texture and consistency of the bars were quite off. I was also disappointed in the size of the bar. It was an overall disappointing purchase. I really doubt I will purchase again. I will stick with my other favorite Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia.

Horrible

Horrible, there is no vanilla ice cream, taste like fake frozen strawberry icee. Definitely returning it.

Bad quality control

Quality control must be on vacation. All 6 bars had no white outer layer and almost no cake chunks on the outside. Very unhappy

Missing vanilla!

I recently purchased a box of your Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Bars, and I was disappointed to find that there was no vanilla ice cream in any of the bars, which is clearly indicated on the packaging. After looking through some customer comments on your website, it seems this is a common issue, which is quite concerning. These bars have always been my go-to treat, so I’m really sad to see this quality control problem. I hope this can be addressed soon!

Disappointed

Not what they used to be. They look smaller with hardly strawberry crumble on them.

Terrible

There is not enough cake crumbs and there was no ice cream layer. I do not recommend buying this product, if I could get a refund I would!

All strawberry, no shortcake

These are my son’s favorite dessert. When we get them at the local grocery store he can’t wait to open the box and usually enjoys one on the way home. However, when he opened the wrapper he was very disappointed to find a lack of strawberry cake crumbles. He said it tasted like strawberry without the shortcake. I remember these fondly from my youth and it was disappointing to see the quality has plummeted.

What you see is NOT what you get!

Look at that beautiful picture on the box and that is the strawberry shortcake from the good old days. Not today! There’s absolute zero vanilla ice cream and slim to no cake coating. How could they keep the box looking the same way when it is a 0% representation that was actually in the box? It is it’s just a disgrace shame on your company and the marketing team.

Terrible quality control, not as advertised

I bought these for my son and we were both shocked and disappointed to find that they were not even close to being the 3oz size as advertised, but were in fact about half the size of a normal ice cream bar. Needless to say I will not be buying these again.

Lack of quality control

2 boxes all with very little to none toppings. They just dont taste the same at all very disappointing.

These are the best strawberry shortcakes on the market. I have not been able to find any as delicious as these.

I got an ENTIRE box with no cream or shortcake on the bars. How does that even happen.?? Just a box of naked strawberry bars. “Good humor” more like Sick Joke. Seriously do better.

Bad products

My son opened the box and half the box had unsealed packets. They were not much “cake” on them. What happened? Not good & unsafe.

No quality control

My strawberry shortcake bar was bare! The whole box was like this!! Huge disappointment!!

Total Disappointment

These are NOT the classic. This is a popsicle with coating. The vanilla cream layer that used to be there and is still shown in the picture doesn't even exist! It used to be a soft, creamy treat. Now it's a flavorless stick of pink ice.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

WHAT IN GOD'S NAME HAS HAPPENED? These used to be one of my favorite treats. I now live abroad and decided to buy these while visiting home, was looking forward to having something special that I loved growing up but was completely let down, I'm so sad. There was barely any coating on it which is the best part! The ice cream itself was still decent but not the same without the cake bits. They have increased in price as well so I splurged on these for nothing. Completely pathetic and diabolical.
