Easy to Apply

I've heard really good things about Ghostshield products. I bought this concrete sealer to product part of my driveway from winter salt and chemicals. It was very easy to apply. Just two quick coats is all it takes.

Great product - easy to apply

I applied Ghostshield with a sprayer and used a roller to even out. - very easy. Clean up was easy - water. Water beads up. I used this on my garage floor.

Application is easy

Sealer is very thin (like water) and applies easily. After drying the concrete looks entirely normal as if nothing was applied. Used a roller and took care to apply evenly, avoiding puddles.

Siloxa-Tek 8500 Penetrating Concrete Sealer

Purchased this to seal brick on a chimney. It was very easy to apply the 8500 with a small pump sprayer. I was quickly absorbed into the surface. Applied two coats, wet on wet as recommended. No noticeable change in brick appearance after applied. Easy water cleanup. Anxious to see how well it protects the brick over time.

So far so good

Applied as directed with a roller. I bought the concentrated gallon as opposed to pre-mix. Other reviews varied as to how far it would go. I venture I had somewhere around 700-800 sq ft and still had some left over so I would believe their estimate of 1250 sq ft coverage. Time will tell how long it will hold up but we received rain just over 24 hours after application and it’s doing the job. Good waterproofing material

This goes on easily with a sprayer and is dry very quickly.

20 Year old Basement floor is finally dry and right, Even after a water leak!!

The concrete contractor who built my 2000 sq.ft. basement failed to install proper drainage and lay heavy mil plastic sheeting under the floor. Ghostshield rocks

Sprayed my driveway to protect it from the elements and salt. Sprayed two coats. Water beads up on my driveway and looks like marbles. I'd say it's working as advertised. Second time using the 8500 product. Love it and would highly recommend.

Needed more!

This stuff is phenomenal! I purchased it a year ago to do a particularly wet area of stone on the exterior of our home. Still beading and protecting this year. I decided to do additional areas around the house that tend to see more direct weather just to insure dryness behind the stone. Love this product! Thanks GHOSTSHIELD!!

Worked as advertised

Use this product to seal my driveway and concrete stamped patio. Since it was water based, it was easily spread using my hand pump sprayer and was very easy to clean up (clean up sprayer). A few days later it rained and the sealant worked as advertised as I saw the rain bead up on the patio and driveway. It dried clear so no discoloration took place. Great product if not a bit pricy. But well worth it.

Seems to work very well

Put two coats on with garden sprayer. Did a water test next day and water beads up great. Time will tell how long it lasts.

Great sealant

Pressure-washed concrete walkway and driveway prior to treating with Ghostshield. Water now beads up on all treated surfaces. Used product before, and while beading fades after a while (months to year), concrete still seems protected, as it remains cleaner and whiter than untreated sections after 2 years

Excellent product just pricey

I applied the Ghost shield 8500 on my brand new concrete pool deck (poured 4 months ago) over the weekend using a sprayer and doing 2 coats. The results are like nothing I've ever seen before. Water runs off as if there is a Teflon coating yet the surface stays rough and non slippery. The pool guys that winterized my pool yesterday were blown away. They took pictures of the bottle and will start to offer it as a sealer. I hope the sealer lasts a few years since it was expensive.

Applied with low volume sprayer. Alowed a second coat almost immediately.

Easy to apply and clean up. Left our pavers their natural color. Water beads up and dries quickly.

Great Product

Ghostshield is one of only 3 companies that I would consider using for sealing concrete. Siloxa-Tek 8500 is a terrific, high quality sealer that I've used for nearly 3 years in sealing many driveways, sidewalks, curbs, and brick mailboxes in my HOA. It's made our neighborhood look much better than it has ever looked. After 2.5 years since pressure washing and sealing the first of many driveways and sidewalks, they still look as good as new.

This product definitely did the job for the project I needed it for! I was sealing a bird bath that had multiple staining throughout the bath. It was constantly discolored and looking rusty. So I wondered what I could do. Upon using this product I now see a clean water bath, sealed and refreshed! Thank you!

Easy application

Easy to apply with a pump sprayer. 2 gallons covered our chimney in 3 fine passes. Application was 10 days ago (early September) so I can't yet comment on the effectiveness or longevity of the product.
