Goes on clear
Would RecommendGoes on clear and dries fast. Flows well in my hand pump garden sprayer. Was wondering if the product actually did anything. Then it rained and holy cow! The water beads up on it just like my sidewalk was a car with a nice wax job. My neighbors are all impressed with how effective this stuff is.

No change to color or appearance
Would RecommendThere was no change to the color or appearance of the concrete. Now rain water beads up on the concrete. My goal is to protect the concrete from the salt residue in slush dripping off our vehicles this winter. It looks like its going to work.

Would RecommendIt is very expensive and on older concrete it will soak alot in. I highly recemend it - it is definitely an investment for a concrete driveway and hopefully well worth it.

Better than it looks
Would RecommendI have sprayed a few driveways before and first time with this product. This product does not have the glossy appearance. I thought it won’t work. When it rain a week later, I was proof wrong. Water beaded up everywhere. Very happy with product so far. Hope it will last over the years to come.

Water beads like ball bearings - rolls right off flagstone around pool
Would RecommendI tested this on a piece of flagstone before treating the entire pool edge, also flagstone - Wow! Water beads up & rolls off the flagstone like there's an invisible sheet of saran wrap on it. Best of all, the sealer leaves absolutely NO residue, no sheen, no color change to the flagstone - exactly what I wanted. I applied it with a brush and really slopped it on heavy. I tried to brush out any standing pools as I applied it, but inevitably there were some unavoidable pools. Fortunately it didn't...

Would RecommendThis second time I have used this product, I seal my driveway every few years. I live Ohio they use salt on the roads. My driveway still looks like the day it was installed pronbably because I have been using the Siloxa-Tek 8500. I am very happy with this product.
