The product is easy to apply and dries quickly to a clear, natural finish that does not change the concrete's appearance. It effectively repels water, protecting the concrete from damage, and the water beading lasts for years. The sealer is durable and long-lasting, with claims of up to 10 years of protection, though it is more expensive than some alternatives. Good stuff
Would RecommendEast to apply with a backpack sprayer. Seems to work pretty well so far.

Very satisfied
Would RecommendApplied this three years ago and I have been very satisfied with the protection. I just re-applied it to my driveway because I live in Wisconsin and use a lot of rock salt on my driveway in the winter. I wanted to make sure the driveway remains protected before I actually see signs of wear.

Great product and easy to apply.
Would RecommendAfter pressure washing my front walkway and allowing 24 hours to dry, I used a 1/2 inch nap roller to apply the sealer. I was careful to brush the edges and spread out and puddles of sealer in anywhere it settled in the texture of the stamped concrete. I was careful to apply the second coat of sealer before the first coat completely dried. Water now beads up. You can see that even morning dew now beads up. One or the reasons I chose this product is it provides protection against salt damage on c...

Good job repelling water, not oil and grease
Would RecommendProduct does a good job of repelling water, but oil and grease can still stain the concrete. Guess I should have used the Siloxa-Tek 8510 instead.

Power wash first
Would RecommendHelpful hint is to power wash your driveway first that way after you seal it will remain clean and bright since the sealer really does help to reduce the growth of mildew and keeps water out.

Works well to stop salt
Would RecommendAbout two years ago I noticed that my driveway was starting to get little holes in it down close to the street which I believe was caused by the rock salt that the city uses every time we get snow or ice. I applied the Siloxa-Tek 8500 and since the spalling has not gotten any worse. Seems to be working well to stop the salt from making my driveway worse.

No shiny finish
Would RecommendThis product does a good job of sealing concrete and it beads water nicely. I applied two coats to our driveway which has a broom finish to make winter snow/ice removal easier. I also applied two coats to our garage floor which has a power trowel finish. Definately well sealed. The appearance is indeed invisible - no shiny finish.

Water beads up
Would RecommendWater beads up. Not the products faults, but I am somewhat disappointed that a few drips of oil appeared to soak through the seal. But I am most disappointed in myself that I did spend the extra money to get the Siloxa-Tek 8510. I tried to remove the stains, but was not successful.

Water beads up and puddles off
Would RecommendThis product absorbed into concrete, so I initially wondered if it would do any good. It has been several weeks and several rains since & I like how it has performed. Water beads up and puddles off.

Impressive results
Would RecommendAfter sealing my driveway with 2 coats of 8500 I performed the water drop test. Impressive results - water beaded right off.

Would RecommendWater based formula that is easy to apply and has an attractive natural look, wet or dry.

Use a sprayer
Would RecommendUsed to seal freshly pressure washed concrete drive and concrete patio. First tried to roll on with 9" paint roller --- too slow & sloppy. Quickly switched to pump sprayer. That was much faster and neater.

Water does not penetrate or leak as before.
Would RecommendThe Siloxa-Tek 8500 was applied with a brush. The first coat was absorbed almost immediately. And the second coat was absorbed more slowly, indicating that the material was penetrating our brick chimney. Water does not penetrate or leak as before.

So far so good
Would RecommendThe most important feature for me was the product cannot cause slippery conditions for safety reasons. So far so good! It dried quickly and did not change the appearance of the finish. It also started beading water after it dried and appears to be completely slip free.

Seals without a shine
Would RecommendSeems to be doing exactly what it says, sealing without a shine. The proof will come after the winter to see how it protects.

Beads water without being slippery
Would RecommendUsed a backpack sprayer to apply and it went on flawlessly. Beads water without being slippery around a pool deck.
