Decent

Handy lil guy. I get allot of use out of the box cutter blade. The filter is useless as it has no length to get a stroke out of. Overall an easy carry and decent pliers.

Could be easier to use.

It's like a mini-Leatherman, but getting the tools out is impossible without another pair of pliers to unfold them. I oiled the hinges and tried to work them freely. Took it back and the customer service agent, who had fingernails that could climb a tree, couldn't work them either.

Would not recommend this multi tool. Knife is garbage and dull. Tried to sharpen it and will not sharpen. Have been collecting knives for years so I do know how to correctly sharpen knives.

Unreliable - neither worth the space in my pocket nor the money

I think there is great demand for a decent mini multitool. There are few more practical things in life than that. People are willing to pay for that. But DIME is far from decent and I don't want to carry around anything unreliable. Give me a call when you turned the sturdiness up five notches.

I've been using this tool for the last 2 years and have grown to love it. I bought it for my wife who thought it was too big for her key chain, so she gave to me. Just three things would make it perfect. 1. Remove the tweezers the plyers can serve this function. 2. Improve the knife lock and steel. 3. This is just a wish make it out of titanium. It's a great little tool and would be well worth the efforts it has become part of my EDC. Thanks

Brittle and flimsy metal

Screwdriver tip broke off when tightening a screw on a small cabinet door handle. Warranty replacement, the metal that supports the pliers bent when applying moderate squeezing pressure. The retail package opener is handy, and the overall design STYLE is awesome... I'd happily pay double for one made from decent quality steel.

I love this tiny multi tool. I keep it on my keychain and comes handy. It Feels like it may brake at one point but, it's great for this price point.

Field Automation Engineer

I received this extra goody that came along with a Rip Stop I pocket knife that I had asked for Christmas. While the pocket knife is exactly what I wanted, this little multi tool has become my new best friend and I've made it part of my work uniform. I don't leave the house without it! Inexpensive price for what you get, but absolutely priceless.

5 years and running

I got this as a small graduation gift over 5 years ago and I have carried it with me every single day since. The flathead tip has bent a bit, but that is my fault for trying to force it. Other than that, I have had to complaints. I've used it at least once/week for 5 years running and it is beat to heck, but still working perfectly. Gerber Dime

I have the Black Gerber Dime. I love the ultra convenience this little bad boy delivers! It has a nice tactical look too! Love it!

not worth a "dime"

I bought 5 of these and have succeeded in destroying 3 doing very simple task, on two the handles bend over trying to remove wire nuts off 14 ga wire, one the screw drive broke removing a license plate. I understand these were lightweight but other than opening a beer bottle I haven't found any thing they are capable of.

I bought this multi tool key chain.. and it works great. I have to say that it was a really good purchase ..I am always using it and it hasn't given me any problems.

I was glade to see there was an option to my standard Swiss Army Classic. Same price range with more tools. Great Job. But the file is very short. Easy fix is to make the file longer and put it on the Retail package opener. Easiest job in the world Critic.

Did not come with floating tweezers.

As near as I can tell there are supposed to be tweezers floating in the air next the handle. I can't find anything that indicates they're anywhere else and I can't see any tweezers tucked away anywhere. I'm still searching. Other than that it seems like a nice enough light duty pocket tool. As is the case with every multi tool I've ever bought, I'm going to have to soak it in something like WD40 so I don't have to carry a screwdriver to pry the tools out of the handle. Excellent for ultralight backpacking, hunting, and daily needs

I got this as a "what-the-heck" item to thrown on my key ring, and it has been a surprising game changer. I ultralight hunt and backpack, and this little tool is the perfect way to keep my keys in one place in my pack. I used the little scissors to punch my archery elk tag and a few other big game tags this past year. The bottle opener was perfect for cracking open drinks after the hunts. And when I get things in the mail, the scoring tool is perfect for cutting tape.

Sicssors failed

The scissors broke up at the second use, just opening it and they fail. And cause I dont live in US, Canada, Puerto Rico or Guam, i'm not able to request any warranty. It's a shame
