Would RecommendNeedless to say, after we put in our Generac 20KW standby unit with all the bells and whistles, we haven't had a power outage. But having the app and eliminating all those unnecessary e-mail notifications will give us peace of mind knowing we can check status and call for service wherever we are.

Lifesaver
Would RecommendI live in an area that has frequent power outages. I can now go to sleep knowing that my alarm will wake me for work, my basement will not be flooded, and my food is fresh. I don't have to worry about my disabled husband is trying to go down in the basement and out to the garage several times trying to get the gasoline powered generator going. I love my Generac and I love mobile link. If I ever move it is going with me.

Would RecommendIt's so reassuring when you get a weekly text telling you Your generator is working. Living in Hinsdale there's always power outages and were so happy we got the best generator out there. Also our installer did a great job and is always a phone call away if I have any issues. Love my generator!

Would RecommendI love my Generac 20kw Generator and have had nothing but the best experience when dealing with it. I had the mobile link installed by my dealer almost as soon as it was made available to the public and it works great. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes for alerts to come through when the generator status changes. I get email and text alerts and they take far too long to come through. I find it sometimes takes up to 45 minutes after a power failure before I get any notification tha...

Would Recommendvery nice looking unit .Installed with brotherinlaw jim .came with transfer switch and 10 circuits 50 amps. everything was prewired and very easy to install. i am ready for first power failer. would recomend this unit to all looking for piece of mind. Would RecommendWe purchased Mobile Link with our 17KW backup generator. Generator status is available via email and text message - our installer/maintainer also gets all messages - so no need to call for service. It's a comfort to be to know generator status whether we're home or away. Very happy with the device and service.

This product has changed my life
Would RecommendI own a home that just happens to be on the low end of our street so water is an issue. I used to live in fear of power outages as I would immediately be taking on water. Battery backup pumps only work to a limited degree. Now I sleep well and no longer worry as my Generac Generator is there for me. The Mobile Link adds another level of comfort to me knowing that the system is working whether I am home or away. Great product Generac!

We have the new mobile link for our inline Generac generator. We now receive email and text messages on the test and operation of our new generator. This is a fabulous option for anyone with this type of generator. Not only does my wife and I receive the live status , but so does our service provider. Would RecommendWe had the Mobile Link put on our new 20KW Generator. We had our installer hook up the mobile link and he was able to get it installed in about 15 minutes. It mounts nicely on the outside of the generator and connects of a celluar data network. It is REALLY nice to be able to monitor that status of the generator from my smartphone.
