Support is questionable

Would Not Recommend

Bought a wifi Tank Utility more than 10 years ago and was very happy being able to monitor daily level from our main home many miles away. This past summer the batteries died and the thing has not worked since. Now I understand after 10 years this might happen but no one at the company will have the decency to even talk to me about the unit and if there is any troubleshooting available. Have called and left messages, emailed support and no reply. Not happy!

Outage monitoring

I love the mobile link app, I.just wish it would monitor the transfer switches as well. I recently experienced a situation where only one of my two transfer switches operated. I'm very pleased with the installation and was expecting the generator to come in a crate and unboxed on site. It wasn't in a crate and found that they had an issue with a seal leaking on a few units so they are now doing the break in procedure at their location before bringing the generators out. Our power lines run through a heavily wooded area so for the past 26 years we have had numerous power outages from falling limbs and trees. When we have an outage from a hurricane we are without power for 8-10 days. We have now replaced our gas generator with a 24k Generac and could not be more satisfied. Trademark Electric gave us superior service. The dealer monitoring through the Mobile Link is an added bonus.

I have had the existing mobile link system installed for approaching 6 years. I love receiving text messages when the generator is running, particularly if we are not at home. I do, however, believe Generac could improve the service by monitoring the transfer switch as well as the generator. The App needs improvement

The app keeps changing. The first version was good, someone changed it again and its very misleading now. When the app is opened its the generator is outlined in red like an alert is present. Its outlined in red with service required, then below its red saying "The Generator has no Alarm". This should be Green if no alarm is present. This is a poor app design, period.

The technicians were all very professional and very thorough in their explanations when asked a question. I could not have asked for a more understanding group of people, from the Electric Doctor to the plumber. They worked constantly in very cold weather conditions and I heard not one complaint. Can they be turned off and on remotely

Hello is there a way to power them down remotely with the wifi system. I may not be on the property or even if I am it would greatly help if I could power the Gens down thru the day or especially at night when power isn't needed. Fuel savings and noise cancelling are the biggest issue. these standbys come on then run when not always necessarily needed.
