Love The Automated Features

Hasn't been asked to perform yet, but installing contractor has one and swears by its value and reliability. Just in case, I bought the 10 year extended warranty. Live in mountains and lose power regularly from ice storms. Feel much more secure now.

Great Home House Generator

This is my 4th Generac generator. They are perfect for what I wanted. They run the house during outages and have been reliable, efficient machines. Feel secure with these generators.

Came on when needed just like it was supposed to

Bought a year ago and haven't needed it until this week. It switched within seconds and It has been running non stop for 65 hrs. Finally gave it a break to check the oil. Avg 1.5 gal LP per hr. The power has been excellent and it handled all the appliances when needed. Much quieter than the portable units my neighbors are using. It would nice if it had wifi or bluetooth.

No More Running Cords

This is a great alternative to running generator cords through windows when the power goes out. Now all I have to do is plug my generator up to it and run the house like normal.

Very quiet for such a large generator

Very quiet for such a large generator. I do not like the extra kill switches they are too easy to bump and cause the machine to show a code or shut down. Changing the orifice from natural gas to propane is very difficult I had to make a special flat blade device to remove the orifice which meant I had to remove the whole internal regulator, this needs to be changed.

Easier to install than I thought work like a charm

This was exactly what I was looking for and it was very easy to install and work wonderfully very heavy duty for the price

great generator so far

just finished the install. the conversion to LP gas was a challenge as the location of the orifice required removing the whole solenoid assembly and then finding a tool with a wide enough blade to install the LP gas orifice.

Just had our old generator swapped out for this one. Glad the case is rust-proof. Also more silent when running

Everything great except no wifi

It would be nice if this had a wifi app that would alert when it turns on, otherwise very nice unit. Powers the entire house with the homes seven panels located thru-out the home. 400 amp service.

We’re ready for power outages now!

Installation of the generator was completed this week. We have yet to use it, but no more worries about power outages affecting our lifestyle. We feel very secure with the Generac generator providing backup.

This generator will save me money during storm seasons. I always loose power during high winds and lightning. No more food spoilage!

It’s everything I expected!

This is a great looking generator and at 48KW it will power everything in the house! After hurricane Michael, I used my Generac portable 15KW to keep the essential household items running for days until the power was restored! The quality of a Generac system is unbeatable!

I'm feeling energized !!

Had a licensed electrician install this for me and he had nothing but praise for the ease of install and the operation. I am happy knowing that we will be ready for the next power outage

Keeping It Going

I am thrilled to have my Generac generator installed and ready to “go” in an emergency.The brand is excellent (previously owned the same at a former residence) and installation by Premier Power Systems in Jacksonville went seamlessly. Bob Holman and his team are the best in the business.

I love the looks of the unit and how user friendly it is. Its quiet and runs my whole 400 amp house without having to shut anything off. All in all this generator has exceeded my expectations.

Off to a good start...

Having suffered through a multi-year problem with a competitor's product issues, I went searching for a reliable alternative. I was very professionally guided in my search by TSE Power Solutions and chose a 48KVW diesel unit from Generac. The planning and execution of the installation were exceptionally well handled and went as scheduled. Start-up proceeded flawlessly as well and we are now set to go. I am confident this will be a much better, long term solution that will fit our needs.

This Generac Generator is really terrific. So happy we invested in it and the relialibity it brings to the party. Great Product !! We use Boyland Electric for maintence and they are terrific - World Class !

No effort peace of mind

Installed this during a rebuilt with doing so kept in mind during planning. No other service disconnect needed in my area and re-located my electrical system around it. Not had the chance to have it function as it should, but looking forward to not having to lift a finger for it to do so! Have the same at my Mom's home on a 16KW and most of the time she doesn't know power has switched over.
