Upgrade to Vivioactive 5
Upgraded from a Vivioactive 4S. I LOVE this new watch. It has so many more features than my old one, and it's in color! I keep with Garmin for the live tracking GPS. My husband can see where I am while I walk our dog. My only regret, I wish I would have bought it sooner.

It was a gift in March and not terrifically pleased. Needs to be recharged about every 2 to 3 days. I previously had a Vivoactive 4, which lasted o ly2 yearsvand would not charge at all. Viviactive 5 does not and an altimeter, which was a feature I really liked on my 4 especially when hiking. The 5 was a gift, so not much recourse to return, once I discovered the lack of feature I liked. I'll only give it 3 stars.

Had bought it , battery would not last had to charge it within a day. After i tried to update and settings battery lasted a bit longer but kept Locking me out ended up returning it within a week

The watch keeps disconnecting every other week and I have to keep reconnecting as though it's new. So frustrating

I am very happy with my Vivoactive 5. It’s a huge upgrade to my old Forerunner 35 and has many more features without being too technical for me to use. I like simplicity and this fits the bill. Still learning all the features but I can get done everything I like.

Great Health Watch
I picked this watch out for my birthday and it is doing exactly what I want it to do. At first I had too many things turned on and that battery drained in a day. After figuring out the menu systema and what I actually wanted the battery is lasting a number of days now. I am very happy with this product.

Mixed Feelings
I bought this Vivoactive 5 primarily from the recommendation of a family member. I should have done a little more research. My main desired upgrades (from my apple watch) was the long battery life and the sleep tracking. Total win for these 2 things! I only charge it once a week and the charging takes less than 2 hours. So-So
For the most part I like the Vivoactive 5, it’s similar to the Fitbit Versa that I had. I like that the face can be customized for my needs. I DO NOT like that it continually connects and disconnects from my iPhone 15. I sent the first Vivoactive back because of this ISSUE but this 2nd one does the same which must be a Sotware problem. I also wish the face was a little smaller especially for smaller wrists.

I'd maybe go 3.5 so far, but rounded up to 4. As far as the overall use of the VIvoactive I am happy. Having used other devices, the touch screen and ease of use/simplicity is not quite as straightforward. The touch screen isn't always responsive. The data from Sleep and Exercise are better than other watches I've used. The battery life is amazing, easily get a week+ in between charges. Happy with the weight, size, and so far I'd buy another Garmin for my next device. My biggest complaint so far...
