It has everything I need
Would RecommendMicrowave works terrific. Not as solid as the one it replaced but it is easy to clean and it works terrific. Had to cut more out of the cabinet space to make it fit the existing hole as it was not the same exterior size. This is better than the other way around.

Would Not RecommendThis microwave sucks. It only lasted 18 months. Ryan homes uses it in all their homes. They don’t even stand by it. Poor quality. I hope my stove and wall oven don’t crap out.

Microwave not working
Would Not RecommendIt has not worked consistently since we got it installed. Not heating anything up right now. Still powers up and spins but no heat at all. Giving a F5 error when we try to heat a potato.

Breaks down fast
Would Not RecommendThis microwave came with the house. First one broke down in 4.5 yrs. We replaced with same series latest model since otherwise we would have to spend lot more on the assembly and probably even changes to the inbuilt wall hole size. The 2nd one died in 1.5 yrs. Horrible piece of junk! Good thing we purchased additional warranty. But this is a pain to work with. Do not select! They make appliances like crap. Gone are the days when things used to last 10-15-20 years!!!

Terrible health & fire hazard.
Would Not RecommendWe bought this microwave when we built our brand new home. We have now lived here 3.8 years and the microwave, while works well, started peeling exposing metal and causing sparks to flair when used. I have never seen a microwave do this, and not at the price we paid for in 2020. We’ve stopped using it for fear of a fire or worse health issues due to burning sparking peeling paint fumes that are hazardous to our health.

Disappointed
Would Not RecommendJust like others, our microwave stopped working after about 18 months of use. Its a great looking microwave but there seems to be a pattern in the quality of the product. Our microwave does not show an error code and fortunately has not sparked. Instead, it runs (with the timer) but does not power/rotate. It's seems that spending hundreds of dollars for it to be repaired wont be worth the risk of additional failure or fire hazard in our home. Very disappointing!!

Weird Microwave
I was so disappointed. The overall functionality was off. The keys did not work. The only keys that worked were the express keys. If I stopped the microwave before the completed cycle, I had to unplug it to reset it; otherwise, the express keys would not work. (i.e. if the express keys were programmed for a minute if you stop the microwave process before the minute is completed, you would have to unplug the microwave to reset it) Otherwise, the express keys will not work. This was a workaround...
