Great dishwasher

Relatively quiet dishwasher that cleans well. The recessed handle is great for saving space and it really is smudge resistant.

Poor low quality upgrades

Degraded quality from previous GEProfile model. The door is designed differently and not as sleek or Low profile as the previous model. The edges were curved on the last model. We have already bumped our hips multiple times on the corner. The door also feels very cheap and fragile. The controls are touch, vs actual buttons. I preferred the buttons, as they were more resposive. I feel like I am mashing down buttons from the 1st blackberry palm pilot. Additionally- the 3rd top rack was new for u...

Door Seal Leaks

We were very excited to have bought our GE dishwasher. We thought we had done enough research, but after 3 months the seal around the door started leaking badly.

This is by far the best dishwasher we've ever gotten. It's quiet and it is just amazing. I also have to say to the 2 gentlemen that delivered it weew on point, they were courteous, they were kind. My time frame was 8am to noon and they were at my house 830. Seamless transaction!!!

Everything is Plastic

Nothing like having all of your kitchenware covered in heated plastic chemicals. Practically everything besides the case of this thing is plastic including the spray arms. Terrible quality.

Very quiet

This dishwasher is quiet and does a very good job cleaning the dishes. I would have given this 5 stars, but the utensil basket does not fit properly, this makes it difficult to close the door. The basket rubs against the insulated trim inside the dishwasher and the basket must be held every time you close the door.

Waste of money

We brought this ge dishwasher on August 2025.In the description it’s say big thing like,clean spots less but it’s not true this dishwasher doesn’t clean that well.i hv to do two times.its the worst dishwasher I’ve ever since.do not buy this ge dishwasher

Lasted only about 26 months - mold

I bought this model through a local home store as part of a package deal during "Black Friday" 11/18/23, it was installed sometime in Dec. 23 for my son and his partner as a housewarming gift for their first adventure as homeowners. It developed a crack underneath and started leaking out the bottom for a while before the leak was noticed, long enough to cause mold and other issues.

Lowes gave us a clearly used product

Absolutely disgusting and dishonest, Lowes had the nerve to charge full brand new price for a clearly used product. There was finger prints all over the front, water still in the tub, and grease on the sides. Now we only have 48 hours to bring this back to the store. Not ordering from Lowes again.

I replaced my old dishwasher with the same style and type. I’ve had good luck with G products.

Was good until it wasn't

We have had this dishwasher since September of 2024 and everything worked well until last week (3/4/26) when it suddenly decided not to drain. The pump is not working at all. Appliances just aren't made like they used to be. They last just outside the one year warranty, then something goes out on them that cost at least half the price of a new appliance to replace.
