Great Dishwasher

Love our new dishwasher. So much more space than our previous one. Easy to use. Quiet. Fast. All dishes come clean. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

nice machine but controls need some work

The dishwasher does it job and we love the clean dishes at the end. It has a 1 hour cycle and I wish you good luck getting it to work, the control sesors are very touchy and they need to be desensitized a bit.

Prompt delivery and great products.

Cleans well and is very quiet. I have ordered several appliances in the last few months and the delivery team on each occasion was very good at keeping me informed on the delivery time. They were all very professional and friendly.

Great Washer!

[Employee of ge_appliances] This is the second time we purchased this washer. We first purchased it a year ago but then sold our house and moved into a different house. Within the first 3 weeks we realized how much we missed having this washer so we purchased the exact model to replace the one that came with our house. It does a great job, is fairly quiet, and has good capacity. We recommend it!

Standing water doesn’t drain

Piece of junk replaced my old GE which was fine just the door was banged up. I’ve had this unit two weeks now and it doesn’t drain leaves me with three inches of standing water at the end of the cycle. Initially it worked okay but continued to get worse will call ge today

DO NOT BUY

We purchased this dishwasher May 2024 and it started leaking in January 2025 (1 year 8 months later). We tried replacing gaskets and found that you can't replace the gasket on the lower door, you have to replace the entire inner door for $170 because the gasket is riveted to the door unlike every other model we can find that has a $20 replaceable gasket. They (GE) would not give us a better deal than $140. Turns out it didn't fix our problem. We called someone and they advised it could be the sp...

Quiet and Adequate

Would love to rate it a 3.5. It gets a 5 for noise reduction - it is very quiet. It only gets a 3 for cleaning so far though. Bowls with a little skim of yogurt came out of a full cycle on boosted dry with that skim of yogurt cooked onto the bowls. Was told to scrape but not fully rinse dishes prior to loading; now I will make sure to rinse better before putting dishes in the dishwasher.

A Quiet Dishwasher

Had for about a month and so far so good. The 3rd shelf on top is nice for wooden spoons, spatulas, knifes, and such. The stainless steel basin makes it much more durable. This one is also much quieter than our last, you can barely hear it.

GE Dishwasher

We are disappointed in our new GE DW that we selected to replace our one purchased in September 2017 Model # GDT695SMJ2ES that completely shut down in October 2025. This model was less expensive than the replaced model and the inside racks feel flimsier and have movement problems.
