Poor service

The first dishwasher was full of water. The replacement was promised early but never showed. I asked to speak to someone-the delivery team sent me to the website chat, the website chat sent me to the store-the store in Southlake never returned my phone call.

Happy but…

Mostly satisfied with this dishwasher. It does all one would expect in terms of getting dishes clean. The biggest drawback is the lack of suitable space to place stemware. Obviously this was something we didn’t think about when purchasing this unit. But honestly, why would the engineers go through the trouble of bottle washing jets and not create appropriate areas to set stemware?? It would be nice if GE offered an accessory for stemware for this unit. So far, I have not found any.

Needs more insulation

Lacks sound deadening insulation blanket. Little noisy.

Not a good product

I had this dishwasher for 20 months when something called bitumen started falling out of my door. It’s something they use for sound reduction, but the high heat of the cleaning/drying makes it brittle and crack. Not so quiet once it starts falling out. It didn’t really clean or dry that good either. You have to run it in a four hour cycle just to get a mediocre clean. This is not the GE that I grew up with.

I am extremely disappointed with this dishwasher and the return policy. I purchased this unit from Lowe’s, and it worked exactly ONE time before it stopped functioning properly. Now I’m being told it needs a replacement part already—which is unacceptable for a brand-new appliance. What’s even more frustrating is that Lowe’s refuses to return or replace it because I’m outside of their 48-hour return window. That policy is completely unreasonable for a major appliance. Most people don’t even run ...

Love the Dishwasher

This is the quietest DW I’ve ever had. I’m also happy it has a 1 hour cycle, although for some reason, when I choose it, it sometimes comes up at 2 hours. I need to figure out how to fix that! I’m glad it has a stainless steel tub for durability. It also holds a large amount of dishes, and the upper third rack helps with that for knives especially.

Great dishwasher. Only complaint so far is the seperator fo silverware won’t stay open.

Door spring broke

we bought this dishwasher about 2 months ago. The door spring broke. The service person didn't even need to come look at it; he says it's a known problem and ordered the parts. It is under waranty, so that's good.

Good price for a decent product

The product was exactly how it was presented when bought online. The only thing negative about it that the pull out racks seem kinda cheap and the bottom rack seems to fall off the track when taking it to put dishes on it

Great dishwasher

Relatively quiet dishwasher that cleans well. The recessed handle is great for saving space and it really is smudge resistant.
