Although the units is the same size as my previous machine th interior capacity seems much smaller. Also on several occasions the machine soap door does not open preventing the soap pod from dissolving.

However, Lowe’s store staff need to be trained to inform customers that they must have an air gap installed on their kitchen sink before the installer can install the dishwasher. Because we have a filtered water dispenser, and not an air gap, the installer could not install our new dishwasher.
