Awful Vibration and Customer Service

We purchased this washing machine and in less than 9 months we needed a service call because the vibration from the spin cycle shook the entire house. A rear bearing was replaced. After 8 service call visits it was determined by the service company that a new washer was needed and they recommended replacement to GE. Stylish, great size, cleans thoroughly

Great machine love it but it has a limit

Capacity 5 stars Odor 5 stars Smartness 4 stars I love it but it has a strong kick for the water intake. I had to buy two water hammer adapters.

Way better than a top loader

This machine is easy to use with a lot of options but very user friendly. With this machine being my first front load washer I can't speak to how this compares to other models. I will admit that I feel like my clothes are cleaner they were in my top loader. They do come out slightly dryer than my top loader. I do like the vent fresh option. We use this after we are done for the day

Machine that really works

I like the fact that it dispenses the soap itself and the high speed spinning. It really dries the fabric out, which makes the dryers work much easier.

All is well but for 1

Features are fine except one. The Internet WiFi feature is limited to within 25 of your router. No other home device has such a limited range. Not sure it will be worth purchasing a network range extender to meet a 25 ft requirement.

So far so good!

We've had Samsung products before and prefer the GE features of this washer much more! The venting and the smart dispense feature are very helpful, especially since my pre-teens are just learning how to wash their clothes. Now, I can make sure they use the right amount.

Like the laudromat at home!

I love all the options and the overall efficiency. Just like the laundromat.

Great washer

We especially like the steam refresh after the wash is done. The clothes are washed completely and the out soap dispenser is a real plus.

Pleasantly surprised

Overall above satisfied. Capacity great, power clean awesome, vent very beneficial. I do not use the Bluetooth tech as I dont find the need. Quiet while operating

One garment is a NO.

Washer seams to work really well concerning cleanliness. However, when washing one garment the washer will not spin out. Washer will drain but clothes are dripping wet and I mean dripping wet. Washer sounds if it is spinning but it does not. I wear dress clothes which means some of my clothes need to be washed alone. So this is not good for me.

So glad I needed to replace my washer

Our old washer died after 15 years. This new washer is a game changer! Lighting inside, smart dispenser for soap, load choices for towels or bedding. The color is beautiful and it works like a dream. I only wish I was rich enough to buy the matching dryer too 😫 So glad we chose this washing machine. Million percent recommend

Great product ! Highly recommend

The overall machine is great, the ventilation takes a long time to dry the tub. I'd rather just leave the door open and not waste energy.

DOOR OPENING

CHANGING THE DOOR TO OPEN ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE IS VERY DIFFICULT. WISH THE INSTALLER COULD HAVE DONE THAT.

Not as smart but still cool

I purchased this because it says I can control dryer from washer and I can't reach top so I wanted this feature. I have not been able to use this feature as of yet. I also have mot been able to use the app as when I scan the code it says website not available. Sadly now I have to stand on a chair to reach the dryer controls Other than that I love it

Good machine

The machine isn't very quiet and I wish companies would just build machines taller instead of making consumers purchase another product to raise them up for access. Saw a Samsung that was high profile with no riser required. Smart idea
