At first thought many of the large number of cycles would be superfluous, but once we became familiarized with the washer we've found that we're able to take advantage of the various cycles to best suit the types of loads being washed. Really like that the washer cand be controlled/monitored by the app and Alexa. Very convenient. Also, it's a great looking washer.

Washer is HUGE with the pedestal. It does NOT have a Presoak function, only a Prewash, which appears to use twice as much soap. No printed manual is supplied so you are on your own to look everything up. You pay that much for a washer, you should get a printed manual. Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like all new features that this washer has like auto dispense for the detergent and the ability to dry small loads. The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is I think the washer is too loud when it is starting the cycle. The water turning on/off is surprisingly loud. If GE fixed that, this would be the washer of my dreams.
