The installers may not know what they are doing
Would RecommendIt did nothing for a several hours, wouldn't even fill with water. After troubleshooting it, I discovered that the installer had kinked the water line and routed the power cord wrong. I fixed those problems, and it is cranking out a load of ice about every two hours. I also added an inline water filter because our water needs help.
