Easy to Use for High to Reach Branches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pole saw has been immensely helpful. We have a huge thick vine wrapped around a gorgeous tree on our property. We wanted to remove it. We were able to use the pole saw to cut through the very thick base, probably around 6 inches in diameter, and then used the pruner portion of the pole saw to cut down individual branches of the vine. It got the limbs that were high and it went the length of the limbs that needed to be cut. I told my brother and he went and got one to!

Saved our tree!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a huge dead branch in the middle of our tree and I got this pole saw to cut it out and hopefully bring some more life back into it. I ended up with the 12 foot model but almost wish I would have gotten the 16 foot. My husband just needed to get on a ladder to get some of the taller branches which wasn’t a huge deal. Perfect for trimming branches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing tool for trimming branches! no need for a ladder or climbing as this pole has a very long reach and a sharp saw. The clipping tool is great for smaller branches. When extended the saw is very sturdy and easy to operate. Another great product from Fiskars!

Very easy to use !

It has two different cutting options .The saw has a locking system to make sure the pole stays locked . The pole is light weight. That really helps a lot when cutting limbs . Also It is rust resistant . Very important for usage and storage . It trims branches up to one inch thick . You can use the saw part if it is thicker . It is easy to cut limbs with little or at least reason...

Cuts like butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sweet tool makes yard work so easy. The saw cuts limbs so easy, nice sharp teeth. The extension let’s you get up high enough, without getting on a ladder. For those stray branches the clipper, limb snip, attachment is great without straining and leaves a smooth cut.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this thing. I wasn't sure if it would be something I could do since I am a bit past my prime, but it's not too heavy or unwieldy. It cuts smoothly thru branches up to about 1-1/2". I can handle it well enough to get to small branches as well. Extended pole is still strong and stable.

Great Saw and Much Safer!

We are senior citizens and no longer have to get up on a ladder or hang out a second story window and worry about falling. Both feet on the ground! Excellent design and very light weight!

Great Saw

Great Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this fiskars - Extendable Pole Saw & Pruner (7'?12') and it is great. We have large trees and often have a time trimming them because they are so tall. This extension pole has a blade on the end of it and gives us the access to branches we didn’t have access to before. This is a great tool and we recommend to everyone that has trees or bushes to prune. It’s WONDERFUL.

Ouch!

Extension pole jammed just part of the way out, so had to retract it to try extending again, but had to force it to retract and then pinched the palm of my hand hard when doing so. This item is going back!

Just okay

Tool is about average quality, did the job, pole is a little flimsy when extended, makes staying in the cut a little hard.

Not sharp enough

We needed to cut the branches, but it took time to just cut one small branch because it wasn’t sharp enough. I think as I bought it it should have been be able to cut without any problem.

Works great, the only thing the blade is a little flimsy....don't make them like they use to.

Fiskars stands behind their product

Bought this over the summer and used it hard while clearing some overgrown property. We broke the blade and the rope. I contacted Fiskars Support through their website about warranty replacement of the broken parts. A few weeks later I received a complete new pruner. Admittedly this pruner is a little lightweight for how I was using it but kudos to Fiskars for replacing it, no questions asked.
