Would RecommendI bought this 16' pruner about a week ago and used it for the first time yesterday. I didn't have any major issues with it. I do think as the other reviewer pointed out that the head portion that holds the saw should not be so cheaply made with plastic. Other features that I liked was the long reach, the chain drive cutter with a strong spring that retracts well, the holes in the handle help hold the handle length adjustment along with the clamps, rather than just the clamps alone, and finally, ...

Great pruner.
I'm really happy with this pruner, overall. The pole is much stiffer than the (very) old Fiskar pole saw I replaced with this one and much easier to adjust, too. The saw is easy to cut with and cleans out easy through cuts. The chain-drive pruner is nice and smooth. The only challenge I have is with the head design and getting close enough with the pruner/nipper due to the bulk of it. Otherwise, great tool.
