Beautiful electric fireplace that holds your tv and movies easily. We can have the room warm while we are watching our favorite movies!! I love the extra warmth and the way it lightens up the room like a real fire, without the extra cleanup!

had to call customer service after one days use. they told me how to fix the problem and will send me some parts. it is working now, but there is interference from the tv remote. a new motherboard is being sent.

This is a very well built piece of furniture and the heater is awesome!!!

Looks and works great

It was easy to put together. You will need at least 2 people to do it though. Some odd the peices are heavy and difficult to line up properly. The shelving unit itself has a really bad odor that took about 2 weeks to air out. I would suggest laying the pieces out in a garage for a week or more until the smell dissipates. It is beautiful and the door work great. Be sure to put the stabilizers on the back of it because it really made a difference in how sturdy it is.

I wouldnt use this piece of garbage for firewood. It says solid wood design, but is anything but. It is wood veneer with MDF mashed between. We took everything out of the box and went to assemble and couldn’t even get the first two pieces to bolt together. The bolts would not bite. We finally got one of the bolts to bite, taking great care not to crossthread the bolt, and it started to tighten, but just began to spin. I loosened the bolt to find that the insert had stripped away all the MDF that...

Beautiful Piece Pros and Cons

Absolutely love the fireplace/entertainment feature Pros: Simple instructions to put together, Beautifully made, love the ambiance, wifi feature for 2.4GHZ apple and android friendly, hide able fireplace, plenty of shelf space. Cons: ton of sticker residue, missing shelf holders, the chemical smell is strong but does fade. Wish it had a fan to blow heat better and would LOVE the crackling of the wood to be added.

Enjoying the "Fire"

We recently purchased the FEBO Flame electric fireplace to compliment our living room and hold our TV. I've thoroughly enjoyed the purchase. It's well made, the space heater works great - and I chose this model so that I could hide the fireplace during the summer months. Of course, you can tell the flame isn't real, but it still creates atmosphere! And a place to hang our Christmas stockings...

Beautiful fireplace, but crappy.

Assembly does Not take 30 minutes. It took almost all day because some screws wouldn’t not fit! The washers provided are not the right size, we had to leave one off in order to assemble the unit. The fireplace makes this weird noise and it’s annoying. It was frustrating.

Pros: Mantle brings a certain uniqueness to the room. Its classy, yet rustic. Assembly was simple enough, instructions were easy to follow and contained all the necessary hardware. Exceeded Expectations

It definitely takes two to assemble. All wood, and great quality. Yes, there is an odor, but it's the stain from the REAL wood, and will dissipate after a few days. This product had multiple features that others priced higher did not such as the WiFi, and smart phone application that allows you to control it via your cell. Very Nice Electric Fireplace with Pros/Cons

We purchased this unit yesterday. Overall, the unit is nice, solid and with excellent wood features. However, there are some caveats and I will list the pros/cons below. Pros: Solid unit Deep wood stain (strong stain odor that dissipated quickly) Pieces come well packaged All hardware is organized & decent quality Electric fireplace flame features are vibrant and almost hypnotic. utter disappointment

VEry unsturdy if attempting to move around a room. I suggest assmbling right where you plan on leaving permanently. The heater as with others only works at times. Set the tem 15-20 degrees higher than your intended temp. Then you may get the heating element to kick on. Horrible customer support.

Assembly was easy with the exception of one part (J) wasn’t clear on which way it was supposed to be installed in the directions, other than that it was really easy to put togerher & looks great for the money. The only other issue is that the heater isn’t that great.

Missing parts

This unit arrived with the wrong parts. 3 shelves instead of 4 and missing side panel on one end. LOWES customer service was great in providing the missing pieces.
