A nice little in wall timer, well made by Eaton so I know it's quality. Has an internal battery so I will remember settings for up to a coouple weeks in case of an outage. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Instalation was Fairly easy. Programing was a breeze. This is perfect for your outdoor lights. We have ours set for our deck lights. At first thought one might think this Programmable Astronomic Timer by Eaton is just another timer, but it's not. Not only can you program it do treat every day of the week different, it also changes the on at Dusk feature to compensate for the changing seasons. Overall decent timer

Overall nice looking timer, like the fact that its versatile and can be used in single pole and 3 way functions. The blue backlight display is a nice feature. It also has a battery back up in case of power failures. Only thing i dont like is that its a touch thicker than i would like leaving less room in a standard box.

Switch with Clock Timer

Connecting the unit is easy. I didn’t have to hire anyone to do it, but then my father showed me how to work with switches. Setting the clock portion and when to come on and off was also easy(the instructions were helpful). It is really nice not to have to go to a room to turn on a light ever night when you want to have a light on from a certain hour and going off also at a specific time.

The timer that allows peace of mind...

Upon installation, I think this was the most handy timer I installed in my smart house. The Eaton Timer allows for programming that keeps my kids from leaving the Lights on all day and night to a specific time of day. Also when away it allow us to put a program on to make sure we are not left with a dead bulb.
