Would RecommendI bought two Backpack link BH1001 with adapter. On the Ego website there is no option to register the two products I purchased in order to be able to have the guarantee in case of failure or breakage. They don't even exist on the portal. How can I register these two devices?

Converted from gas to battery
Would RecommendThis is the way to go to take the weight off your arms and put it on your shoulders. I am converting from gas powered backpack blowers to EGO tools. Not only are they quieter and easy to use, but I can haul these tools and batteries in an SUV without fumes.

Works for 5 seconds at a time
Would Not RecommendWorks for 5 seconds at a time when used with multi head system. Multihead system is fantastic & powerful - I use to maintain 13 yards mainly as a trimmer. I usually use the 5 amp batteries which will allow me to trim 4-5 yards. That gets heavy especially when edging -motor and battery up, trimmer head down. So I bought this to relieve some of the burden and it was frustrating. Literly 5 seconds on, motor stops, restart, 5 second of work and again motor stops. Fresh 5 amp battery & later tried it...

A total waste of Money.
Would Not RecommendA total waste of my money. I'm a big fan of EGO products. However, the Backpack Link has never worked for longer than 15 Seconds. I'm certain there is a problem with it. I just didn't have the time or patience to deal with it.

Would Not RecommendVery unhappy with the backpack link. It shuts down every 20 to 25 seconds. I have 9 batteries and tried them all with it. And does the same thing. I own 8 other ego products and love them all. Just not the backpack link
