What Customers Are Saying
The backpack accessory effectively distributes the weight of the power tool battery, making the tools more comfortable and easier to control during prolonged use. Reviewers noted it significantly reduces fatigue in the arms, wrists, and shoulders, enabling extended runtime, especially with larger batteries. While a few users had minor complaints, the overall sentiment was highly positive, with many considering the backpack a valuable addition that greatly improves the ergonomics and usability of the power tools.

Would RecommendRelieves fatigue by adding battery weight to my stronger back. I can do edger, weed eater, hedge trimmer, and blower all in one time frame. I used to spread these task out because my arms drew weary.

Seemed like a good idea
Would Not RecommendEverything works fine. Great construction as we've come to expect from Ego. Hand balance seems off, depending on what tool you're using. I guess this is more of a physics problem. Moving the battery to a backpack seems like a good idea to make using a tool easier, but it seems to me my wrists are now suffering as I try to level the various yard tools.

Backpack makes work better
The only issue I've had with Ego tools is the weight. With larger batteries my hands get fatigued and sore working for longer periods with the tools. I got a backpack because the idea of shifting the weight to my back sounded like a solution. It works great. Much happier and work longer with less fatigue.

Fatigue Reduction
Would RecommendWhen it works it’s great; puts the battery weight on your shoulders. Mine cuts out occasionally, don’t know why.

Power+ Backpack Link Really Convenient
Would RecommendThis was a great upgrade in terms of weight redistribution. I loved using it. I had a brief learning curve experience when I put the tool down and tried to step away to fold a tarp. I liked the longer work time by being able to carry a larger battery. I would only ask for one change. I would have liked another strap around the waist. GREAT CONVENIENCE !!
