Terrible experience and wasted time.

I purchased one and the batter would not charge. Spent a lot of time trying to get it to do so, then finally gave up and exchanged it. Got the second unit, more hours spent, same problem. Would love to have one work.

Powerful little sucker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love seeing how much it picks up daily. It has some power in its little machine. It gets stuck when it tries to get under furniture though. You have to learn to put those little virtual barriers up to stop it from repeating that over and over. I really love it.

Severely challanged

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, the deebot presented many challanges. It would not log onto the network needing dedicated 2.4ghz. After getting it finally log into network, it would not keep the map in memory after taking scan of floor. Without the floor plan working it would not come out. After re-doing floor plan a few times we gave up on unit and returned it. On a positive note, it did pick up dirt fairly well

Great mapping, quiet, and super fast! Great value!

I bought my product about two months ago and I am so happy I did. I schedule it to clean when I’m at work and it does a great job and looks perfectly clean when I come home. I like the fact that it maps out what it’s clean so far. I previously had a roomba that just bounced around and got lost. I also like he weighs basket on top for easy removal. I love it!

Great vacuum at a great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago to replace a dying iRobot and I could not be happier! Works as well if not better and I love the app. I like how it shows where the vacuum has been. One drawback is that it takes a long time to recharge.

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. It cleans good as long as the battery is charged. The charging wouldn’t last more than 55-70min. I should have spent another $150 to get a better one.

Mapping is great!

I bought this as a birthday present

Bought for my wife for her birthday. She has been asking for one for a while. The vacuum started great but after about 3 weeks it started to have trouble finding the docking station and when it does some times is doesnt line up where it charges. I am trying to be optimistic thinking it will get better however we are almost to the point of returning the vacuum and getting a new one.

Amazing and effortless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now had the vacuum for a month. Its operation is perfect. It works amazingly well and very efficient. We have a Roomba and a Shark robotic vacuum for other parts of the house, but this one covers over 60% of the house and with its mapping feature it never misses anything. The dirt chamber is so easy to remove and empty. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for the perfect automated vacuum.

Still needs some refinements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this unit for several months. We replaced a Roomba. The first use we noticed right away it was much more quiet than the roomba. The roomba seemed to last longer before recharging. Both the Deebot and Roomba spend alot of time going over areas that had already been cleaned. The phone app is way better than the Roomba and can block off areas were the Deebot will get stuck with lines and squares on the mopping units but the lesser Deeb...

My house is all tile or hardwood flooring so if you have carpet I really can’t speak on it but I have 2 indoor long hair dogs and a cat that sheds nonstop. I upset to have fluff in the hallway daily. Absolutely loved it until it quit working!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vac worked awesome for about 2 months before it quit charging. The mapping function is amazing. I was very sad when it broke because I was loving getting having no pet hair on my hardwood floors anymore. I am going to return my Deebot to Costco and try another robot vac. Maybe the same brand, maybe not. My next one will surely have the mapping function and I will buy it from Costco so I can return it if it has reliability issues like ...

Smart and Intelligent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mapping function is great and I can selectively vacuum the areas of my home. It has smart eye and hence does not bump into objects to know they are objects and it goes around those.

Good Product at great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Deebot 900 vac is pretty good, it has LIDAR which is normally in high end vacs. It does a pretty good job. We have 3 rugs, and deebot cant work on 2 of them because they have geometric patterns.
