Best for small area carpet cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the vaccum it cleans nicely my carpet area . The only problem I feel is when I need to clean hairs from brush roll . There should be something that hair are automatically cleaned

Worst purchase ever

Wish I had never spent the money on this. Always get stuck, it’s so annoying to the point we don’t use it anymore.

Better than previous ecovac

Bought about a few months ago. Overall very happy. Only issue is with the software where it doesn't run as planned and the map resets itself for no reason.

Great Vacuum, fast quiet, does the job

It was easy to set up, works great with the app. You can schedule times, block off as many areas as you want and it shows you a nice map of your floor. When it gets stuck it lets you know. We have a large downstairs (over 2000 sq ft) so we keep it confined to our main living area which it does in about 40 minutes or so. Much better than my old Roomba!

FANTASTIC!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure how it does it, but it maps the house on it's first clean, sometimes without being there. You will get an actual drawing of your house with furniture on your cell phone. Then it re-maps the most effecient way of cleaning. Love it

It is important to keep the sensors and brushes clean for a proper job. If it becomes hung up on wires or another hazard it may become "confused" and need to recharge prior to completion. However, it is easy to clean and seems to do a thorough job. Documentation for wifi setup is a bit weak. We needed to work with Customer Support to get it initially ...

Helpful Aid

The mapping feature is what I wanted and it does just that, maps the size of the room and then cleans the area in rows. The Ecoapp works well but I wish I was able to designate more than two areas to clean. It would also be nice to add areas not to clean within the rooms designated to clean. One problem I have is the the fuzz gets caught on ...

Works well for my needs with some minor caveats

I like being able to specify an area to clean and have it work only in that area. I can specify a specific space to clean. Very nice. One thing that I noticed is that is does not dock up as well as the other. It seems like it is doing a hunt-and-seek to get it back onto the docking station. The older model seemed to do this very well. This one, not so much. It has to try sometime as much ...

Overall is good

This robot is good because of the map features. All locations in the map can be cleaned. The only downside is if you have a carpet with blank and white color, the robot "thought" it is a special area and cannot clean it. If this can be fixed through version upgrade, that would be perfect!
