Not what I was hoping for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this vacuum, but I can't run it when I am gone because I am constantly having the untangle the brush and get it out of corners.

Good Vacuum, Inconsistent within the same model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these vacuums and they clean great! The only issue I have is one of them hooks up to both apps, and the other only hooks up to one. The reason it is important they both hook up to both apps is because one of them allows me to choose and area not to clean. Please fix it!!!!

Great cleaner but the software is a nightmare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a wedding gift, and put it to use in my new home. If you lift or manually move the robot, it has to restart the whole tedious learning process over. If you home is too large it cannot map the house correctly and will restart. If they fix this problem, this would be a perfect product.

Deebot does do a good job at cleaning the floors, but every now then, it does get stuck or does stop due to low battery. Need to the vacuum on charge all day for it to work at night, otherwise it will lose its battery power. Good value for the price.

Constant issues

Mine had constant issues saying it was offline and it wouldn’t respond, then it would be on the charger for days and said the battery was dead. Great product at a great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Deebot N79S about a year ago. It was my 1st robot vac so I didn’t want to spend a lot on something I wasn’t too sure about. I was very pleased with the N79S but also learned there were some features missing that I wanted. Through extensive research I was pointed back to the Deebot Line again. I now use the 900 series. Much better Interface

Didn't like that it keeps asking me to use another app which wants access to my contacts and phone and other personal information. Didn't like that the return to the charging station is too sensitive - it should lock or find its home when near the charger. I placed it on the charger and it just discharged further saying it can't find the charger - turns out it was <1/4" ...

Why didn't I purchase this sooner???!!!

I can't believe how much dust and dirt it picks up. We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend it to anyone who is considering purchasing one.

Robot is dumb

This this is constantly stuck and can’t find her way home to recharge seriously developers need to beta test their algorithms.

Fast and efficient

Good features that include smart learning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the Deebot 900 for 5 weeks and it does a good job if I do my part, picking items up that it will get tangled with. Amazes me how much material it picks up each time on a daily basis. It did lose a sense of itself when it got stuck and ended lifting itself off the floor. I also have a Roomba but never really liked the way it banged into everything and random cleaning pattern. Often it would miss spots. Also like the dual brushes on the Deebot.
