It is ok !! Overall does the job

Really Smart device

I bought this device 2 months ago and it is awesome, so useful and you don't need to worry too much about him.

Great vacuum cleaner moderate battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this for a month now, it cleans well, maps my home perfectly and the feature I like the most is to be able to build virtual boundaries so that this bot doesn't enter a specific area in the home. Only thing that I am not really happy about is the battery life. I have a 2800 sqft home and it takes 2 full charges to clean the whole home.

Great vacuum for a great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this vacuum for about 6 months and use it almost every day. The only thing I have to do is move the mat at the front door but it is a big rubber mat and it gets stuck there. I love this vac and will shop ecovac when I am ready for another.

Goes "Offline". Loses Map

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. I like the way it functions, but it goes offline often. Not sure why but you have to turn it off and on and hopes it goes back online. Once it does, there's a 50% chance that the map you worked so hard to create (adding boundaries) disappear. There is no good explanation for this on the instructions. Could be a better, more robust equipment.

After few attempts and reconnecting the robot, it worked and first time the fully charged battery dies in about 60 minutes vs the claimed time. Excellent device for keeping the house clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mapping is a must with these cleaning robots. Deebot does a create job of mapping the rooms and adapts to any changes. It's amazing on a daily basis what this vacuum can suck up! Only issue I have is with a rug that has black borders, the deebot thinks its an edge and won't clean it or if it goes on it, it can't get out because its thinks its falling off a ledge. Just have to use the mapping feature to "zone" that rug out of the floor ...

Good value for the price but room for improvement

Makes life easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it as a gift and it has been very helpful! My one complaint is that when it gets lost(which only happens because my daughter sits on it) it has to remap the house again. But other than that it has been awesome!

Excellent Device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought deebot a month ago with doubts about performance. Happy to see my doubts getting cleared and great performance from it. Map building to almost no effort in managing device is very helpful. I am able to work while it cleans whole house. Only thing is its inability to clean few rug types( i have 2 and 1 of them it ignores ) rest all I am satisfied

Great Ecovac and did what is supposed to do.

First I was hesitaged to purchase so I do a little research and see/watch quite a few reviews, ofcourse no company is perfect! I took a chance to purchase this since it lower in price compared to others! and the spec's vacuum suction power seem more than others battery running time is a little less like 10-15 min. which is a bout 2hr run time. My upstair only 1600sf and took it 30-38 min. to completed therefor 2h run time is plenty to run sweep 3000sf floor. I have it only a month so far it did ...

My husband was a doubter, but now he is a believer and wishes we had bought one sooner. I have recommended it to others already. Worth the money.

Huge timesaver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum does a great job keeping up with our golden retriever. We run it nightly with the brush off. No more tumbleweeds of retriever hair. Saves hours of time a week which is worth far more than the cost of the vacuum. Very thorough in its cleaning.

Helpful DeeBot!

I've had my new DeeBot for a while now. It's definitely better than the older models, which I have two. Once the bot mapped out the house I was able to use the "virtual boundary" tool for places I didn't want it to go. Right now I've got the area around the Christmas tree blocked. Also my house is very large and long, so I have the bedroom half virtually blocked. I use my older DeeBot to clean the bedroom areas. Small robot with great feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very good bot in comparison with other brand. This model is not easy to use for multi floor homes. New models have camera that prevent this bot hit the furnitures and damage them. The app is really good and help you manage and run device easily.

Great features but could get struck!
