Boundary setting, can be improved

Boundary setting-would be nice if we can set circular boundaries for not rectangular or squarish, like the picture below

Very dissapointed

Picked your unit because in your advertising you specifically stressed how adept it was for handling transitions between surfaces (carpet, tile, hardwood, etc.) I find that the Deebot is trapped in the room it starts with. I come home and find it dead at the "bump" where the transition is. I've abandoned this unit, and gone back to my old Roomba, which just happily cruises over all of my tra...

Lulu loves dog hair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed help. DEEBOT 900 arrived and has been named "Lulu". She cleans so much dog hair and dander, I really appreciate it. I empty her out often to keep her busy... When she's tired she goes home to recharge. She's amazing!

Would recommend to everyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had one Deebot 900 and loved it so much that I bought a second one for downstairs. Being single man I sometimes don't get round to dusting, and vacuuming as much as I should. I with these Deebot 900's I can turn them on from anywhere and they do the job. I have a central VAC system, but these work better. With over 3200' sqt to clean these make the job easier.!!!!!!! If you don't have one ---buy one. Side not, had a service issue ...

Great product to keep your floors clean

This little robot is great! It keeps our floors clean of dog hair, dust, etc. with only occasional touch-up vacuuming on our part. The navigation system is great and the robot never misses a spot when cleaning, plus it allows us to block areas where we don't want it to go, without having to use ugly tapes, or battery operated markers. So far, we have nothing but praises for our Deebot. We do wish it had a larger dust bin and that it was a little less tall, so it would not get stuck under fur...

Cleanliness and reliability at a great price!

This does exactly what is says it will - efficiently and effectively! I currently have it set to run while I'm at work. I get home and you can see the lines from where it's cleaned! Pet hair!

OK Vacuum with Terrible App

I bought this vacuum primarily because it’s sold as having mapping capabilities and the ability to program/schedule various cleaning types (Auto, certain areas, etc.) but have been very disappointed in the app. There is no ability to program a routine cleaning besides on Auto mode to clean the whole house. Not to mention it takes weeks for it to generate a map because it gets stuck on everything (including any rug over 1/4” thick) and can’t store the map until in gets lucky and makes it around t...

Life saver

Absolutely love my vaccuum!! Makes cleaning up after my dog and baby so easy!! I love that I can schedule it to go at the same time every day!

Surpass my expectations

I can schedule the cleanings by area and I can create a specific area when I leave to walk my dog or at night when we go to bed. I no longer have to use the regular vaccuumm.

Defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my first Cleaning Bot; spent hours trying to get it to pair with my phone. I fianally called Ecovacs tech support and was told I obviously had a defective unit. Guess I will wait awhile before another purchase.

Great potential but falls short.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this with great hopes for a robot vacuum. After getting it setup, we were able to have it fully map our house on the 1st cycle. I like how it maps the house and cleans an area and does not zig and zag like our previous model. The problem with this and the reason it is going back as we could no get through a full cycle without it’s sensors or brushes needed to be cleaned. It is for that reason this is sitting in a box waiting to go...

Better than Roomba

Replaced it with a navigation Roomba, which I promptly returned after seeing how poorly it picked up. This last model of Deebot picks up as well as the first Deebot, but has the advantage of Navigation.
