Great for the price

The mapping technology is very cool to see in action and it does a pretty decent job of cleaning up after our 3 young kiddos. We have it set to clean our 1800 square foot lower level but it doesn’t usually make it in one charge. We do find that we need to be around when it’s vacuuming in case it gets stuck. Too tall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the ease of vacuuming now especially with google assistant. Just say "hey google, start the vacuum." And that's it! Vacuum has great suction and goes from hardwood to rugs to carpet with ease. Our only complaint so far is it won't go under the couches. The main body would fit but they made an elevated round part on the top of the vacuum that keeps it from going under. Oh well at least the rest of the house looks great!

I had the unit for one week, and despite limiting its are of work to just living rooms and pre cleaning the floor it always found different ways to get itself stuck. For example under a rocker/recliner chair it would go the extra mile to push itself under the chair using its extensible wheel height, just to get stuck ...

Great cleaning and ease of use

Roombas took too long as it cleaned in a random pattern and the Neato, although cleaned well with its laser navigation, it would get stuck often. Fantastic vacuum!

AMAzing

Mapping needs work

Keep the House Clean!

Like the machine, except I still have yet to figure out the mapping. I have a large home and the battery dies before it completes the cycle and/or gets hung up on something like a rug and never finishes. I haven't had time to figure it out but when I do, I think I'll love it. For now, it's a bit frustrating because I am not tech savvy and there is a learning curve.

Phenomenal

We finally decided to get a robot vac and chose the DEEBOT for its smart Navi, digital boundaries, and hard floor attachment. After a little confusion with the Wi-Fi (it doesn’t like to connect to hidden networks) we were up and running and couldn’t be happier! We have it run every night and can’t imagine not having one now.

Operational design flaws

If the unit become stuck or is halted for any reason, when you press the auto button to resume, it begins its cleaning cycle from the beginning. Mapping is top notch and scheduling is easy within the app. Support from Deebot has been excellent. If you have not had a mapping robot vacuum before you will not have experienced just how easy it makes regular vacuuming.
