touch fails and disables faucet no water at all

This was part of our remodel been used for about 3 weeks. Worked great then quit all together. No light, no touch, and disables manual faucet so we get no water in the kitchen sink. Can't cook, can't wash hands, dishes, or anything. Need a bucket to rinse the sink as it failed in the middle of cooking. Scrap that meal. Why fail in a completely disabled mode. Please fail to manual use at least. Even disconnected the wires as the troubleshooting recommends for manual usage only. That did ...

Faucet inexplicably stops working

Worked fine for a year or two. Touch feature became inconsistent. Then, the faucet would invariably become inoperable. How can I fix this? I changed the batteries but that doesn't seem to be the issue. I'm not a plummer. Didn't think I'd need to decipher instructions just to get the water running. Is there a simple fix?

broke after two months

The solenoid in the faucet broke after two months of use.The plumber advised us to turn all the way off when I was not in the kitchen so it really did not get much use.

Faulty or Poor Quality

Loved the faucet until it suddenly stopped the water flow and now its down to a trickle. Called a plumber and he suggested replacing the faucet with a standard faucet or just bypass the water regulator associated with the touch system. Obviously after spending this kind of money on the faucet I am not too inclined to purchase a new one. Still not worth the money

We tried all of the suggestions given. There is no change and I still think this was one of the worst buys for our new home.

Love the touch faucet and temperature sensor

We have had this installed for about a year and have loved this so much. Installation is a breeze. At first, the touch was a bit hard to get used to, but after maybe a week, you pretty much can't imagine not having it. It is so nice to just tap the faucet that is over the sink so your wet hands don't leave water on the countertop where the handle is.

Beautiful, great quality faucet.

I’ve had this faucet for a few weeks and LOVE it. The touch less feature is so wonderful when you are cooking/working and have dirty hands! I also love the bubble spray feature...perfect amount of spray without giving yourself a shower at the same time!

Touch Feature - DRIVING ME NUTS - DOES NOT WORK

I built a new home and was so excited to install this faucet - IT IS THE WORST!!!! It has never worked correctly from day one. Leaks leaks leaks!

I installed this faucet only a month ago and it's already leaking! It only stops leaking when you pull the lever to the off position, which defeats the purpose of the touch on/off feature.

Touch feature...VERY DISSAPPOINTING!!

My husband and I built a new home and moved in 5 weeks ago. We purchased Delta faucets throughout our home and the touch faucet for our kitchen, because of the touch feature. We have had this faucet for just at 3 Years now and can not stand it. Was Great...Quickly Turned Bad

Bought this kitchen faucet new for our new kitchen. Initially worked very well, but soon after the touch feature stopped working. Delta was great and sent out new electronics (appeared to be a redesign) which I installed and the touch feature has been working well since. The issue now is similar to other reviews. Less then Four Years Later!

When we build our house in October 2014 we picked out all the finishes and went with the Delta Cassidy faucet in our kitchen, about three years in the seals began to almost rot and we seen small leaks from the end of the faucet. It is almost to year four and the faucet will not stay attached and leaks brown dust from around the seals on the top I hope Delta will stand behind the product we have them through out the house and now in our new finished basement.

Do NOT recommend this product

This faucet is very nice to look at, however the product does not function well at all. We purchased a new home and this was the faucet that was installed by the builder. The faucet worked for a few months, then we discovered a battery was necessary to keep the faucet working. However, even though we've had to replace the battery within 1 year, now the faucet leaks, and the water flow is extremely low. Very dissatisfied with this product.

Do not buy this faucet!

I have had the plumber to my home 4 times to try to get the faucet touch feature to work. It still will not work. Total waste of time and money! Do not buy this faucet!

solenoid shot, leaking from assembly, touch temperamental

worked like a charm for a few months, then the solenoid assembly started leaking, the touch become temperamental, then no touch (with new batteries), now the solenoid is shot and the tap runs a trickle. no other blockages are found and I can't find anywhere to get a new assembly....very frustrating and without a kitchen sink
