I am obviously pleased with this faucet. Purchased two touch faucets (gadgets for me on new kitchen with two separated sinks-and yes they get used) and one manual for our laundry room. this is why I can tell you how the electronic works so well. you only need to "touch" it, not bang it. no waving hands frantically trying to get an IR sensor to activate. Just replaced the batteries after 2 years with no issue, but you have to make sure it doesn't "touch" a grounded part or the touch sensor cannot...

Leaks

The touch functionality is really nice, though it is sporadic at times. My main issue is that the faucet drip when the tap is open and the touch system is set to "closed". If I shut the tap off, the dripping stops, but that eliminates the touch functionality, which is the reason we all spend the extra $$$ on this faucet.

I ordered this faucet and it was a breeze to install. The Touch20 works as described. Looks good in my kitchen

Touch2OTechnology is probably the coolest feature I have seen in a faucet…I am a bit of a nut when it comes to clean hands while cooking and undeniably hate touching the faucet if I am handling raw meat. Love the Faucet but not so much the Touch2O technology

I am very surprised with all the similar comments about the issues with the Touch2O technology that Delta hasn't issued a recall or made a public statement. Are you just going to address all of our issues independently? There's got to be a serious flaw somewhere and I would like to see you address it. I need a new solenoid. A better, more consistent solenoid please. I've sent an email to Customer Service so please help us all once and for all.

Touch Feature Not Working

Just installed this yesterday. The most I ever got out of the solenoid was that the LED changed color in accordance with the water temperature. The touch feature never once worked. Watched a handful of youtubes and googled a bunch, tried all trouble shooting methods (new batteries, etc) and still was not successful. While solenoid was engaged the water would shut off after 10 or fewer seconds, and would not be able to be turned back on. I was relegated to removing the solenoid and just using it...

Frustration

I have had this product for just about one month. I really want to LOVE it but am having same problems as Blanca1 and Joeny. Changed batteries-did not help. Followed manual. Did not help. The faucet is possessed. Handle is on but tap will not work. Water just stops for no reason (under the 4 mins) I think? this happens when water is hot. I can't really tell. Very disappointed

We purchased this faucet to go with a new sink we installed. We have had it 9 months. Now it doesn't work when tapped to get water and if we do have water flow it doesn't turn off when tapped. Sometimes it doesn't even turn on water when using the handle since the tapping mode doesn't work. Sometimes it just goes on when nobody is even close to it. I had this faucet installed when I replaced my kitchen sink and faucet. The faucet works very well but the plumber had difficulty with making the touch feature work because the instructions for installing the faucet were incorrect. Instead of advising the plumber on the importance of installing the plastic plate on the underside of the counter -- plate serves as an electric insulater -- the instructions were to discard the plate. Touch technology is great

The faucet looks modern and sleek, and feels heavy duty. The touch technology is handy for the household mechanics that come in to wash their greasy hands with just a light touch of the faucet. Installation was straightforward. I thought it would be overly complicated with the touch sensing equipment, but it was not hard at all. The instructions were very well written for the novice plumber.

Touch2O: The coolest investment in my kitchen remodel

The Touch2O faucet by Delta is the coolest investment (not to mention incredibly useful) in my recent kitchen update/remodel. The style of this faucet fits in perfectly with the rest of my décor and it is so easy to use. Never again will "chicken hands" be an issue in my kitchen!

Outstanding product!!

The Cassidy Touch2O faucet is the most user friendly item in our kitchen. The installation went without any issues and the faucet works exactly as described. I am amazed that the concept took so long to be made available for homeowners. Time will tell if the solenoid valve (that works with the Touch2O to turn the water on and off) will last as well as I expect from a Delta product. The list price for the solenoid unit replacement is a King's ransom, so I'm hoping for a long product life. Overall...

The faucet works as promised and is very handy

Installation on top mounted sink that is not perfectly rectangular turned out to be an inconvenience. The insulation mount had to be cut because of a scallop designed Kohler sink. Other than that little problem the faucet is both attractive and functional.

I installed this faucet into our kitchen, which was smaller than a normal kitchen and made the whole kitchen "POP!" You are always looking for that one piece in a room that makes everything else better by having it there and in this case it is the polished silver that turns heads. It is easy to use and provides a great amount of water pressure to clean dishes or ones hands. I recommend this product to whomever comes to visit my wife and I.
