Nothing outstanding, but good.

This is not what I expected to see - a bit holder with a spinning and sliding sleeve that can cover the screw head and help hold it. Instead it is a 3-1/2 inch long phillips bit with a spinning sleeve. I can see the use of the sleeve to help hold the bit in alignment and so the spinning bit does not mar adjacent surfaces. That said, it does it's job well. The "business end" has a textured finish to prevent back-out from the screw head, and it holds the screw well.

Just OK

With the extra non-marring coating, it puts an extra slant on the drill bit so you cant really go straight in or get the drill bit all the way in. It's not something that I would purchase because a regular screw driver works just as well. The quality is fine, just not something I would purchase in the future.

Crap

Biggest piece of crap I've ever bought. Never extended more than 7' but the snapback has bent the tape and it's almost unusable. Yes, yes I know not supposed to let it snap back but I been doing it for 40 years and never had a problem with my fat Max.

Decent knife

This knife is decent, it holds it’s edge but the pocket clip breaks easily. Lowe’s always stands behind their product so I’ve had it replaced twice.

Very nice for the price

You can't beat this knife for the price. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and craftsmanship. The Crescent folder has a nice sharp blade, it opens quick and smooth, and it has a heavy duty liner lock. I have paid much more for other knives and have gotten a lot less. I'm very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it.

NOT WORTH IT !!!

Bought one of these and the end of the tape tore and ripped off after literally after couple weeks of use( not abusive) . Hoping it was a just a fluke, I exchanged it for another since I like the visuals of the product. The second did the same thing , the end of the tape curled and was loose and floppy and started to rip again with just a few weeks of use. I had to duct tape it so I could finish my work day. For a $30 dollar tape the quality is absolutely terrible, DO NOT waste your money .

Great addition to the toolbox

This is a great addition to the toolbox. It's not every day I would reach for these but they are incredible for those applications where you want to prevent marring, such as installing a door handle. These are built well and the tips are strong and durable. I see these holding up well and the sleeves turn freely, they should last a long time.

Poor Quality Tape

I'm a carpenter so I use my tape daily. This right here is the worst tape I've ever bought. I've used it for about 2 or 3 months and it's full of ripples everywhere along the tape to the point that I can't hold it out 4 feet without struggling with it.

Total junk

Bought at Christmas and used 3 times never dropped. And it stopped retracting, Lowe's won't return or exchange in store.!!! Poor customer service....!!!!!

Well Designed Bit

I like the drill bit and the cover it comes with. The magnet is good too.

Increased Efficiency

I found these sheathed Phillips drill bits to be very useful for my door painting project. With 21 doors in my home to remove door knobs from, it was a breeze to remove hardware with my power drill. They saved me a lot of time to reinstall the knobs afterwards also. My wife was even able to help with her little battery powered drill and I’ve found that they also fit one of my ratcheting screwdrivers for quick jobs as well. Bought one for my FIL a cause he liked it so much too

Cool, but after a week of use it wouldn't recoil

I bought it because it was most definitely the coolest tape measure in the store and has a great feel and it worked flawlessly for about a week but wouldn't recoil after a 21 foot measurement. It was as if it had been welded together and wouldn't budge so I took it back. We'll see how the replacement works. I love this tape though so I hope I just got a lemon the first time around.

Nice driver bits with sleeves

These are standard phillips driver bits with sleeves so that objects next to the bit don’t get marred while you’re driving the screws. Doorknobs are the classic example of this, but also corners or edges of molding benefit from these in certain cases. Smooth use

Good impact bit. The plastic collar around the bit does a goodjob preventing marks in a tight work area.

Very helpful bit

I really like this driver bit. It is rated for impact use, has a much better grip to eliminate stripped out screws, and last longer than any I have used before. The non-marring, free spinning sleeve has a thin wall to give you closer access in tighter spaces. The bits are magnetized to hold the screw so you can use it with one hand. Also carries a limited lifetime warranty. Definitely recommend these bits.

Nice design

Since receiving my #2 Phillips power bit I have used it to assemble 3 pieces of ready-to-assemble furniture. There were well over 100 fasteners in the projects. The bit tip handled the job without any problems - no cam-out. The free spinning sleeve, u-GUARD serves two purposes - 1) protects from scratching and damage and 2) enhances control and safety which aids in driving the screw; a very helpful design. This is a welcome tool addition in my tool box.
