Pretty nice cover, easy to unstall and looks durable

Took literally minutes to install and seems to be well made and pretty durable. A necessity for us to use our generator in the Canadian winter. Use the separate sheet to cover the control panel. Definitely recommended product and worth the price.

Looks like it will do the job

Out of the box this storm shield looks like a winner, have not had the opportunity to use it yet but it does look ready for action. Not a one person job to install under normal conditions, and would be a major challenge during incumbent weather on your own. I also wish Champion included a storage bag .

4500 W Portable Inverter Generator and Storm Shield #100603

Extremely impressed with both products. Completed 5 hour break in period, changed oil and setup storm shield. Every step was well described in owner's manual. Overall generator is quiet, user friendly and powerful enough to run all the necessities in the house during a power outage. I also purchased the storage cover in order to keep generator clean when not in use. I highly recommend these products.

Meets expectations

I'm using this for camping and home use, but it probably won't get heavy use. I'm glad to have it when needed though. It works well and pretty straightforward to setup.

Should work Well to keep the important areas dry

This was easy to assemble and should be easy enough to install when needed. Great that it doesn't need to stay on all the time. Quality seems very good and seems like it will stand up to the weather well. Only downside is that is seems a bit pricey for what it is. I can live with that as long as the function is as good as the first impression.

This is going to come in handy during inclement weather.

I purchased this to cover my new Champion Model #201001 5500-Watt Wireless Start Inverter. I am very happy with the Generator and glad I can purchase something to keep it out of the elements and help it last longer. This will also make it safer as it covers the electrical outlets while it is running to they don't get wet. Seems like a sturdy/durable cover for inclement weather

Needed inclement weather cover for my Champion 4500 watt inverter/generator; it needed to be durable enough to withstand our heavy winter rain, as well as recent heavy snow. First, assembly was slowed due to hard to interpret/understand sometimes vague instructions, with either no pictures, or pictures that were too small to be useful. Just waiting for the winter storm to come

I ordered the Champion Storm Shield running cover for my Champion generator. The instructions for assembly were clearly written and easy to follow. I was able to set it up within 30 minutes or so. We are expecting a winter storm this weekend and forecasters are predicting wide spread power outages. Like another reviewer noted, I recommend setting the cover up prior to a forecasted storm as it would be most unpleasant to attempt to assemble it in bad weather. Keeps the generator dry

Let's face it, most the time when the generator is needed the weather isn't exactly great. I wanted to be able to use my backup generator in the rain and did not want to worry about getting electrocuted in the process. This storm shield fits the bill great. It keeps my 7500W Champion generator dry. The front flap completely covers the power panel keeping you safe and the power cord dry.

I usually just run my Champion Generator in the rain so once I got this cover it was a life saver. It keeps it dry while it runs. I would definitely recommend this cover.

I would buy this product again

Received the Champion Storm Shield generator cover this week. Very good! Strong thick material, easy to hook up. Looks perfect for what I wanted. Our power is out frequently at our home during the winter. Many times it is due to blowing rain & snow. I have had concerns about getting the generator soaked but think this cover will end any concerns that I have.
