It was a little tricky to put together, but overall I am very pleased with this! I had no other means to cover the generator so am glad you make this product.

Not a great fit for side panel inverter

This product will work but not a great fit with model 201003 with side panel and location of the exhaust. Strap gets slightly warm GenTent customer service was helpful for setup.

Use this for camping in the rain to keep my generator dry. Works perfectly.

All weather capabilities

I just purchased the cover for my Champion 5500/4500 generator and it seems like it will do a great job. I did have one of the plastic pieces crack during the install but that was my fault. It looks like it will do a perfect job during the summer rains.

Very nice product!

This #100603 inverter cover works well and is very durable. I would have given it 5 stars, but having an extra pairs of hands would make assembly a little easier. But once assembled the product does what it is supposed to do. I would purchase another when I get another generator.

Storm Shield Inverter Cover survived Ian

I brought my Champion Inverter up onto the back porch as Ian approached. The cover survived the cat 5 hurricane and the generator started right up the next morning. Could not ask for more out of a protective cover.

I would definitely buy this product again

Bought this to protect my investment during rain storms here in canada. So far it looks pretty robust cant wait to use it. removable access designed into the cover makes gaining access to my generator perfect.

I would buy again

I installed the storm shield but could not understand the instructions so watched an installation on U-tube. After a cumbersome first try, I did it a second time fairly quickly. Once you know how to do it, installation is ok though I still wish it was easier. I appears to be well made. I will definitely use it. Good product but poor installation instructions.

It was difficult to install the first time and had to watch a u-tube video to figure it out as the instructions were difficult to understand. After the first installation, it went pretty well and fairly quickly the second time. It appears to be sturdy and well built. I intend to use anytime I suspect inclement weather. As I will probably buy a second Champion inverter generator, I will definitely buy a second storm shield when I do.

Good storm shield

I will use this product to cover my model 201120 4650-Watt Champion inverter generator any time that rain or snow may be expected. I haven't tested it in increment weather yet but did install it to make sure it worked. The included instructions were horrible so went to U-Tube to see how to install it. Once I understood how to do it, it was relatively easy to install. Kind of wish there was a much better way of installing the shield. That's why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5.

Perfect for what it is designed for

We actually just had some fairly signiicant rain so I installed the Storm shield to see how wel it worked. To my surprise, it worked perfectly, better than I hoped for. I will admit I found it a bit of a pain setting it up for the first time, but one I got it all adjusted it's a piece if cake for future installs. Keeps my generator safe and dry

cheaper than a shed and more portable. If i have to use my generator its usually in inclement weather. This cover keeps it running dry and worry free from shorting out and destroying my investment

I have been looking for a solution like this for a long time. Definitely a must have for tailgating on those nasty winter weekends.

We get hurricanes in the fall here, and since we live outside of town, when a storm hits the power can be out for days. Does what it's supposed to, though far to complicated.

Seems heavy duty enough, and should do the job. The design is far more complicated than it should be, and the instructions are HORRIBLE! I'd recommend this to a friend but just barely.

The tent is pretty heavy duty and should protect my Champion inverter generator (which I love), but the design is far more complex than it should be and the instructions are HORRIBLE! Unlike many, I prefer to take my time and follow the instructions to make sure I do things right. I started off that way, but eventually gave up and muddled through on my own. They made no sense and might as well have been written in an undiscovered language.

Great item, easy to assemble, high quality and looks good.

This cover is very easy to assemble and install to the generator, it took me no more then 20 minutes from start to finish. Its a high quality thick vinyl with removable panels for easy access for power and fuel attachments. of note, it does not add much bulk to the unit so if you have the space it can be left on while storing. last thing...it looks great!
