Champion, make a bigger one for inverter gen 201407. Probably a great shield for the smaller ones. Fitment could be much better. Skirt doesn't cover 3 sides

Must have product

I bought a 4500w wireless start inverter last race season and have had zero issues with it. But if it rained I would put it under our toy hauler. When I found this GenTent it was the best accessory you could ever buy. I can now leave the inverter outside without having to worry about rain.

Heavy duty

This cover was a bit cumbersome to assemble for one person. However once assembled fit very well. Appears to be quality material. Heavy duty. All necessary components & controls are easily accessible

Icing on top of the cake

I recently purchased a Champion Inverter Generator and was concerned about how to protect it from the elements. This cover is just what I was looking for and will protect my investment from the bad weather.

Great product to protect generator in heavier winds and rain. Product was relatively easy to assemble, can be removed, and hopefully will extend the life of the generator by keeping it dry. Held up to pretty hefty winds recently. Great investment to protect generator

Good quality, but the instructions are somewhat difficult to follow.

Good product for intended purpose

If used properly this a great solution to keep rain and snow off your generator. I like the easy access to fueling and quick removal off the tent frame. My only complaint would be for larger generators where you have to extend the corner brackets making it a little more flimsy.

The tent material is of very good quality and fully waterproof. Very easy to install. I strongly recommend this product.

Not fitting properly the Champion 5500 inverter dual fuel

The build and material used are good. The instructions are NOT clear, neither are the pictures! I have the champion 5500 inverter dual fuel generator However, the way the 'tent' protector is designed, the Kevlar strap lands right in front of the exhaust (this will melt the strap!!!), and if you want to lower the strap it lands right on the wheels and there is no way you can secure the gator gommets on the wheels! Installing the Kevlar straps higher is not a workaround as it does not allow suffic...

Great product

This was a simple install. Used it in the first rain and it performed as promised. Couldn't be more happier with this product.

Great product a bit costly protects the investment

The first time using this product was a bit difficult to install and the pictures could have been a bit bigger and too understand how to install the gator grommets anyway it all came out great.

Bring on the SNOW and RAIN

What a great product !! No more worring about my expensive inverter generator out in the elements. Never again will I have to worry about using in inclement weather.

For 8500w

This is a good product but does not fit the 8500w inverter very well

I would buy this product again

I have used it cover my 4500 inverter champion generator. It covers and protects it well from the weather. The instructions to put together must be studied carefully before proceeding. It took me awhile to assemble but persevered and like the finished product.

Fairly easy to put together. Either the kevlar strap is too narrow or the strap guides are too short. Several mistakes in instruction manual. Product is sturdy and should work well

Got to use my storm shield this past weekend and it worked prefect. it rained all night and my generator stayed completely dry . very impressed

Highly recommend

Though I have not tried it in storm yet, i see it is durable. A bit testy to set up but 2nd round will go much easier. Will definitely protect my generator from the elements of mother nature.

Best generator cover

I use it with our 4500 dual fuel inverter. It protects and covers. We used for 4 days in a camping trip on our RV. One of those days rained a lot and my generation didn't see any drop of water. Great product

Great Generator!

We purchased the 4500W Champion Inverter Generator to power our little Winnebago Micro Minne Trailer. On our first try it was 105 in So Cal. The generator only ran at 50%! Plenty of power to spare to run our trailer boondocking. It's a little heavy but has balanced handles and wheels to roll it. Would recommend it. Glad we made the purchase.
