QUALITY PRODUCT

I purchased this to go along with my brand new 100891 9375/7500-Watt Dual Fuel Portable Generator. So easy to install! Unfortunately I had a chance to use it when ELSA came rolling through...ugh FLORIDA. It kept the generator safe and sound in very heavy wind and rain. I'm very pleased and would definitely buy again.

Storm Shield Inverter Cover - Good coverage So Far

Bought to cover our new Inverter generator which we love so far! Cover seems like it will work but is larger than we thought it would be and took longer to put together. Have yet to go through a big storm with it so we will see how it holds up but definitely covers well.

Gentent looks great but instructions need work.

I haven't used the Gentent in an actual storm, so this review is more about set up and product quality. Once setup the tent looked like it would work in wet weather (not so sure about wind). The vinyl panels are thick and the seams are welded. The electrical apron covered up the outlets. The main quibbles I have with this product, and why it lost a star is because of the poorly written instruction manual which is confusing, repetitive, missing steps and has tiny B&W pictures. Received the storm shield and assembled it for n my champion 3400 inverter generator without too much problem. Next time will be much quicker. I am impressed so far with the fit and finish of the storm shield . Should make using my generator in bad weather much safer ! Would recommend

Decently designed cover system

I have not used the cover yet to keep the generator dry but I installed the brackets so I am ready when the time comes. Overall it is a decently designed cover system but I struggled with the rubber sleeves and clamps that hold the fiberglass rods. The sleeves/clamps fit fairly loosely so they can slide down the generator frame with low-to-moderate force or they may vibrate downward in use (but this has not been tested). I tried to tighten the fit with a piece of inner tube but it didn't really ...

This generator cover is better than the original slip on.

This product does not interfere with refueling, power connection, moving to another location or any operation that might be reuired during the operation of the generator. If i had another generator, I would purchase another. Best price and seems to be well thought out.

Wouldn't hesitate to buy it again

Need to protect our investment in the generator; what better way to do it than with the cover.
