Good product but disappointed

I bought 3 of these to replace older door openers. Great product and easy to install. Disappointed that they don’t have the ability to record to an SD card. The monthly plans to store are too expensive and not affordable. So I’m sticking with with seconds of live recording. I will have to replace these with a SD card product down the road.

Horrible nighttime time images

The image quality at night is horrible. It works great during the daytime.

The price is right!

Love it! Easy to install and sync with the new garage door opener. The camera is quite clear and colorful. And the price at Lowe’s was amazing compared to other stores.

Valuable keypad for travellers

Easy to set up and really helpful to let the cat sitter in when we are out of town.

Issues at first

Ok, we had a very hard time getting this to connect with the opener, etc…. After we finally got them synched it works like a charm and I love it…

Complete waste of money

This is actually no better than the access panel that came with the garage door opener. Who cares if I can click on the app and see my driveway. If someone isn’t breaking into my car at that moment, then it’s of no use because if someone does break into it unless I’m paying a subscription, it doesn’t record anything making it no better than what came with the garage door opener. Poor connection

Very poor connection with my WiFi network it don’t matter the type of connection 2.4 or 5.0 the connection is poor

Video Smart Wireless Garage Opener

I love the versatility of this product. The choices of settings for garage opener and light features is a great option. Camera that can be seen from your phone is another useful app. Easy to program based on your needs.

Only controls one door

Works fine so far and easy to set up. It is strange that it can only control one garage door. If you have a 3 car garage you will need a separate key pad to open the third stall. Even basic keypads can control more than one door. I wouldn’t have purchased if I had known this but now just have the old keypad to control the third stall

I love that this product have video of the entry into my garage doors. But due to the fact that we already have cameras around our home this wouldn't be beneficial for us. but overall this product it great.

I have successfully updated the software on the video control pad, but now must wait until someone can climb my ladder to mate it to the opener as the installer was not sure of the steps needed.

Flawed concept

The video keypad is the example of a good concept poorly executed. While the rechargeable and replaceable battery is a good idea, what it could be improved is app integration and the control of multi door openers. Having the video feed makes the use of individual pins useless (you could see who operates that). It would be much better to have multiple openers control capability and the possibility to assign temporary pins for guest (assigning them the corresponding opener as well). I think this c...

I like the camera system. However, I would not have purchased if I knew it required a paid subscription.

all seals broke. screws and hardware in zip lock bag lol. If you are selling me a used open box at least disclose it. I will inspect everything I pick up when I buy online and pick up in store with a fine tooth comb. The big fake was they put banding around the outside, but guess they missed the zip lock bag inside. also at least put new clear seal stickers on lol lazy just left the cut ones on. it really is hilarious 😂
