Good for one day, then disconnected

Now I am left to debug the darn thing! Or just returin it. I despise flaky unreliable products. I discovered the disconnect problem while I was out of town, trying to depend upon it, and all the resloutions to get it reconnected are being physically present with it. That is unacceptable.

Complete Garbage

Purchased 2 Chamberlain 1-HP Premier Smart Compatible Belt drive Garage Door Opener Wi-Fi Compatibility and Battery Back-Up LED Light and Camera(s) Item #7608815 | Model #B6630 and these video keypads were included for free as part of a sale. After hours of trying to get these to sync with my garage doors I finally gave up and will be purchasing the old school numeric covered wireless keypad.

A bit finnicky to set up but looks and works great

got the video keypad to add to my opener and it is working great after a few issues getting it set up. Turns out you need to press the learn button on the opener and not on the wall mounted remote, which worked for the car remote but not for the keypad interestingly enough. Now it is up and running. and works as expected. the AI detection feature is neat, would love for it to be able to recognize the family and squelch alerts

Great product, some flaws

I purchased this to help with recognition of people using my code. It works good, but since it uses WiFi, the led bulbs interfere with it. Ordered low interference bulbs so we'll see how that goes.

Great minus the battery situation

This piece of equipment has great visibility and is nice to communicate with when needed. However, the batteries must be re ck raged every 10 days to two weeks which is pretty annoying. Especially when I’ve never had to recharge my Blink equipment and I’ve had it for two years.

Really a great addition to my Chamberlain door system, with a sharp and clear picture that includes good night vision! Added the power setup with the swivel mount, and it makes a good system even better!!

I bought the myQ video keypad, installed it in 10 minutes and connected to my WiFi with absolutely no problems.

It works!

I was skeptical at first, but upon installing and connecting this device, I found that it works as advertised. There can be some connectivity issues with the set up, but the folks over the phone (not the AI chat) were instrumental in achieving the goal of setting this camera/keypad up. Like with many wifi-enabled devices, a strong signal is needed . . . but an equally strong RECEIVER is needed. I'm not sure the device makers want to spend on that in order to keep their margins healthy, so there...

Good if you pay for the subscription

The unit was easy to set up but quite difficult to pair with our garage door opener. Nonetheless, after much time and effort, it’s working flawlessly. However, the camera is useless unless you pay a monthly subscription fee.
