Great machine til grinder stopped working

We were loving this coffee maker, it really brewed excellent coffee, and we loved the cup and carafe options, as well as how beautiful it is. However, after 5 months, the grinder no longer worked. We thoroughly cleaned it and took all steps to correct it per the manual, but now are stuck with only using pre ground coffee. Absolutely Love this coffee maker! It is absolutely beautiful! It is quiet enough that it doesn’t wake me when my husband uses it while I’m still sleeping. It brews the most perfect cup of coffee. Love the bloom app feat, wish it was on the maker.

The machine itself is excellent. It's stylish, the carafe is very well engineered and keeps my coffee hot for hours. Set up is easy. The app is a great feature. The filter holder is a tad wonky and doesn't slide perfectly back into place without consideration. My main qualm is that I cannot control the brew ratio. While others have stated that their machine does not grind enough beans, I find my machine grinds way too many beans. The beans I use are typically very small, single origin. I prefer ...

Great coffee maker with TONS of options

We love the cafe coffee maker. The only drawl back is it is hard to remove the plastic piece to install the filter at the base. If you have large fingers forget it! On the positive it has tons of options that give you so many customization levels. We were blown away by all of the settings and ease of use.

Pretty, pretty good.

Pretty, pretty good, but far from Great. Expectations were higher for a SCAA Gold Cup certified brewer. Convenience of bean to brew is welcome, but experiencing random misfires where brew cycle begins normally with grinding but fails to brew. End up having to cancel brew, discard the freshly ground beans in basket, and restart brewing all over. No error codes or explanation for the issue. Highly frustrating and wasteful of beans and time. Great cup of coffee

Bought as a birthday gift for my husband who likes strong coffee. He really enjoyed his first cup, and said it tasted a lot like his French press with less salt.

So far so good!

Coffee brewed is very tasty. Proof is will it perform over time and how long will the unit last.

Great features, good coffee, issues grind basket

This is my second coffee maker. I am hoping this one is better made. My first one , although we loved it with the features and the coffee it made, the filter basket would not lock. So I sent the other back and I’m trying a second one.

Leaks

Very good looking machine, cannot stop the carafe from leaking. Have tried nearly everything and it constantly spills water all of the counter.

So, my wife and my first thought when removed it from the box, wow, it was big and beautiful. Coffee was the best, strong, robust and hot, just as we expected. Great tasting brew!

This coffee maker brews the best cup of coffee I have ever had at home. It rivals top coffeehouse cups of coffee as well.

Great all in one

Just what I was looking for. A coffee maker with a built in grinder that doesn’t clog and is easy to clean. Added benefit is that the grinder is quieter than my stand alone burr grinder. Also the coffee is nice and hot. It looks stylish even though the bronze handle and accents don’t make my oiled bronze cabinet handles. I use the bold setting with dark roasted beans and it’s a little weaker than I used to make it but it’s plenty strong.
