Missed the mark

I wanted to love this product since I've looked for a single cup grind and brew machine for 8 months since my Breville of 10 years finally gave out. Unfortunately, I was unable to achieve the quality of brew I am accustomed to. Overall, the brew was weak and flat despite multiple attempts at customizing the brew. not worth what I paid For it

coffee maker came with two cracked "wings" or if you want to call them slots at the bottom of the water reservoir. So far it is not leaking but I don't think it will last long .

Pros and cons

Love the design and taste of the brew. Dislike the stability of the swinging brew basket… sometimes doesn’t lock securely and it makes the coffee pot difficult to pull out. The main issue is that it decided to stop pairing with the app so I could start brewing via WiFi.

Nice options for coffee preferences but is loud

I have been enjoying the coffee maker so far! I love all the options to dial in the coffee to your tastes. It makes a very good cup of coffee. I also think it looks very nice on the counter. It has a cool architectural look to it. My only complaint is that it is loud. The grinder is louder than past ones I've had and the sound of the beeps on the machine are loud. I wish there was a setting to lower the beep volume. I think some better sound proofing on the machine can help with the grinder no...

Great features and it accents our kitchen

Looks great on the counter, combination of making fresh ground coffee in the carafe or in a mug is a great feature. Having options for the coffee strength is a bonus as well, as it continues to make the perfect cup for me my family. Great Job!

Amazing tasting cofee

The coffee maker is cute and functions well. I had to return my first one because it didn’t properly connect to wifi, even though the router was 10 feet away. It’s a bit messy sometimes. However I will say that switching from a regular coffee maker to this one has made the world of difference in terms of taste of the coffee. It’s night and day better with grinding beans every morning. Overall I’m happy with this product.

I love it, just one flaw

It sure is pretty! I only have one complaint, it doesn't allow us to choose the amount of beans to grind. It obviously has an internal setting to do it, but even picking the BOLD option, it's not quite bold enough for me. Would like to see this option added to this product. Than I'd say it's PERFECT.

Carbon filter dilemma

Nice looking. Coffee is good but not great. . .definitely better than single pod coffee brewing. However we have had water overflow reservoir. . ,not sure why. The biggest concern. . .charcoal filters which are to be changed every two months are not available ( even at a price gouge). Wondering if the warranty will be honored when I am unable to main the coffeemaker because the required filters are not available from ge.

Finally a coffee maker that understands your needs

Wow, I can’t tell you how happy I am with this coffee maker. Not only can you make one cup you can make an entire carafe of coffee with the same consistency of flavor and strength. How do I know I’ve tried many coffee makers in the past and never have I had a decent cup of coffee until this coffee maker. I liked it so much. I ordered the espresso maker and that it works just as incredible as the coffee maker. Oh and the price was so affordable on both machines. Thank you, thank you thank you.

Loving my fresh brewed coffee!

I’m loving my new cafe coffee maker. I can do single cup or by the carafe when I work from home. Plus, I love the ability to grind my own coffee! I had to get away from the k cups! And now I’m never going back.

Great coffee despite a number of flaws.

First, the good: It makes great coffee. I love that I can set it at night, and it will grind and brew my coffee. Having the grinder built-in is just so convenient. I played around with the different settings to find my preferred grind size, brew temperature, and bloom time. Now, I mostly make the same pot every day. The grinder is much quieter than my separate grinder, which I appreciate in the early mornings. All that said, there's one main flaw with the machine and a handful of minor annoyan...

Tasty cup

This coffee machine gives you a cup of coffee that you typically have to go out to get, so tasty and relaxing!

Grinds don’t change

Not sure it measures the correct amount of coffee to grind, according to how many cups you are brewing. It seems to always grind the same amount of beans.
