Fantastic coffee couldn’t be easier

This machine is fantastic. I love fresh, great tasting coffee but hate fussing over the details and not getting the brew I want. This machine does the work for me. I feed it beans and water and keep it clean and it gives me a great pot of coffee or fills up my mug on the go. It reaches the perfect temperature, the thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot, and it’s beautiful to boot. I’d buy this coffee maker over and over again.

This is our second go-around with this coffee maker... The first one lasted about 2 1/2 weeks and then the grinder stopped working, which was a huge disappointment. However, I will say, while it was working, it was the best coffee I've had from home. I am really hoping this second time the machine works successfully! I love the look of it and it's very simple to use.

So far so good! I have not experienced water leaking….. we did try some different paper filters because it was filling up to high in the brew basket. We didn’t like the gold filter because we have a septic and rinsing the grounds out of the gold filter runs the risk for us of getting it in the septic. Great cup of coffee!

Great product! Has worked beautifully since the day we set it up. I really appreciate the options in brew strength, heat, and grind size. These were all things I didn’t know anything about before but, thankfully the book that comes with it is comprehensive and easy to understand. We bought the white one and it is absolutely beautiful, it has more of a pearl finish than being a stark white. Overall we would recommend this product and would buy it again.

Underdosed

As others have stated, this machine (or at least the one I received) is incapable of producing an acceptable cup of coffee. I have only tried the single cup brew, so maybe this isn't an issue when brewing en entire pot. The issue is the preprogrammed bean/water ratio cannot be adjusted and the default ratio is underdosed. I measured the amount of coffee beans that were ground into the basket for an 8 oz cup. I found that for "bold" only 11 grams of coffee were used. For "gold" only 10 grams. Th...

Not at all as expected

I was excited to try this machine but was disappointed. I’ve been playing with the grind size using whole beans to see if it would brew a stronger cup of coffee as my wife and I enjoy it darker. No matter what I do whether it be temperature grind size or brew strength, I can just about see through to the bottom of my cup. I was about to make a stronger, darker brew by adding my own grounds rather than doing a fresh grind but that firstly defeats the purpose of me choosing this machine and second...

Delicious coffee!

This machine makes a great cup of coffee. We love the stylish look of it and the convenience of controlling it via the app. Our previous coffee maker (Breville) had a 12 cup, heavy thermal carafe and this one only has a 10 cup, lightweight carafe. We miss the size and quality of the Breville carafe a bit, but we also use Ember cups which keep our coffee hot, even if the carafe doesn’t. The water container did leak on us during the first brew. Beautiful on the outside, but not reliable

I love the design and all, but unfortunately it had its flaws. The grinder doesn’t work properly, it’s grinding unless I’m pushing the beans in too of it, the carafe is leaking when is brewing, spilling all over. Very disappointing for that matter.

Make great coffee with a few caveats

This machine makes great tasting coffee but there is one major flaw that other reviewers have pointed out, which is that the carafe does not keep the coffee warm for much longer than 30 minutes. There is a metal looking piece at the bottom that makes it appear as if the carafe is heated, but it is not. Great quality coffee

Great machine! Brews a delicious coffee! Very user friendly and not a ton of clean up. The brew time is super quick and the coffee is still great! Excellent find and matches all of my other cafe appliances!

Great machine, a couple minor drawbacks

This is a great option if you're relatively tech-savvy and want the convenience of a grind/brew machine. I find it really easy to control with the app and set up a daily schedule to have my coffee auto-brew in the morning. I use the Gold setting and it makes a really good cup of coffee. The only minor cons I've found so far are the bean usage and cleaning. It seems to use a LOT of beans on the Gold setting so I may need to experiment a little with manual settings. This retains the title of being my favorite coffee maker. It has all the features I want. Fantastic Grind and Brew

I found the Grind and Brew coffee maker a very attractive appliance and very easy to use. I've only had it set up for one day but it was so easy to set up I practically put it together and programmed it in the dark. The coffee turned out very well, with freshly ground beans, added charcoal filter, the taste was smooth and it is proving to be a good purchase.
