Cheap plastic and it makes a mess too

Not at all the quality I would expect from something with the Cafe logo. Grinder spews coffee grounds everywhere. Including in the pot. Made of plastic so cheap it can’t be put in the dishwasher. So you have to take the entire thing apart and wash by hand. And there are lots of parts. Brand new. Received as a gift. GE will not honor warranty unless I have a receipt, which I do not as it was a gift. Run the other direction. It’s complete garbage.

2 months of use.. now useless!

After only 2 months of use it will not brew coffee anymore. Got an 'add water' error even though the tank is full. Descaled and still will not work. It leaks hot water out of the back and is basically useless now. Very disappointed. Poor product

If the problem is fixable I'm keeping it.

It makes a great cup of coffee but the water container is leaking and if we can't fix that we can't keep it.

WHEN it is working correctly.... it is the best...

LOVE the LOOK. LOVE the 1st 3 months... THEN it spits water out the back and steams like crazy... They sent me a NEW one. EXACTLY 11 1/2 months later starts SPITTING WATER out the back and steaming like crazy. We use double filtered water only. I descale it every time. NOW it says the GRINDER needs attention. It is exhausting to try and figure out what is wrong. Can not find any real trouble shooting online. BUT WHEN IT IS WORKING IT IS AMAZING COFFEE.

All the other features are wonderful!

I like everything except the fact that the coffee has no warming element under the pot. If you don't drink it quickly you have to warm it in the microwave.

I have gone through many coffee makers, but this café coffee maker is by far the best I’ve ever had. It makes a perfect pot of coffee. The effortless use of this machine is very impressive. Just make your settings. They remain for every pot coffee that you make, and you can do it remotely. Five stars Café

We love our Cafe coffeemaker! It looks beautiful in our newly renovated kitchen. The sleek, modern controls are easy to use, and it brews a delicious cup of coffee. We are pleased to have the ability to use freshly ground beans. It’s also a bonus to either brew a carafe or only a cup of coffee.

Stopped working

We are so disappointed with this coffee maker. We have all cafe appliances including the Cafe Expresso machine and all have been fantastic. We decided to purchase this pot and sadly just a little over a year of use and it stopped working. Our only option was to pay for service since it was out of warranty. We decided to spend the money on a different brand instead.

Love the product and the taste of our coffee. But it seems to use a lot of beans for just 6-7 cups

This has been the best ever coffee maker I have ever owned and it’s the prettiest for sure I love all the features it has for the best cup of coffee. Everyone should own one!!

Sleek design

I adore the sleek design of this coffee maker; it fits my kitchen perfectly! It's such a shame that the 'c' from the 'cafe' logo fell off. Now, it looks incomplete, and I can't find a matching sticker anywhere

Won’t brew after 3 months of use.

We bought this coffee machine in December. As of March, it no longer brews. It keeps saying “add water” even though the water tank is full. We tried descaling about a month ago when this first happened (after about 2 months of use). This helped for a couple weeks, but now we’re back to having no coffee in the morning. This is the first more expensive pot I’ve gotten, very disappointed.

Cafe’ Grind and Brew

After following the instructions provided by the manufacturer our water reservoir leaked. I removed the reservoir and tightened the filter a bit more and the leak stopped. Nice counter top appliance. Happy with the looks or this coffee maker
